“Once again I did not come away disappointed. On the contrary, this experience that I received in this lunch place just reinforced my positive idea that I had for this franchise. Their dish was of the same quality. This to say excellent. The service was good although the waitress who served us unfortunately seemed more in a bad mood than anything else but I didn't let her ruin my time there definitely will go back.“

“I loved this place and the service is very, very good ? the waitresses Caroline, Nancy and Roxanne are marvelous ? Unfortunately I went there yesterday September 29 and my god for the price it's very disappointing for what was in the plate ? Before the plates were appetizing now ouach smaller and more $$$ Luckily the service was very good for the test I am very very disappointed the only thing that was good was the jam and the caramel ??“

“It's always a perfect place to go for lunch both on the weekend and during the week. The service is super friendly and fast. The person who serves us the seats is very nice!!!

“Ça fait plusieurs fois que nous allons manger au café du vieux beloeil, et à chaque fois c'est pareil, un excellent service des plats délicieux et généreux une très belle ambiance en plus de pouvoir apporter nos consommations alcoolisées , le paradis. (en plus y'a un stationnement.. dans le vieux beloeil, c'est pas rien..) Je recommande chaudement cet endroit. Merci Rosanne pour ton accueil, Jason pour tes plats succulents, et un gros merci aux serveuses pour le service absolument parfait ! Je donne 6 étoiles sur 5 !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I have always had a great experience at this restaurant... friendly welcome and courteous service. Have I ever waited a long time for my latte... yes, that happened to me. Catering is a job that is sometimes difficult. Lack of staff, dealer with last minute sick leave etc... not a reason to generalize with a single bad experience. We go back, and we encourage them“

“ce n'était pas la 1ère fois que j'y allais. jamais eu de problème avant. Ce matin blanc d'œuf pas cuit, patates tièdes, roti cuit d'un bord pourtant j'avais demandé bien cuites, bacon brûlé et tellement sec qu'il était dégeux, smouthie avec graines de chia...bien je cherchais les graines. Que dire de la serveuse qui avait une défaite pour tout. Pas que je vais y retourner en plus j'ai du me lever elle apportait pas la facture. Vais-je y retourner ??? il y a un Ben & Florentine un peux plus loin.??“

“Good morning ,I'm a regular at this place! And I have always had exemplary service.The waitresses are warm and always have a smile, it's comforting.The bosses are also very human and they come regularly to check on me.The place is always very clean as well as the toilets.And what about the food ? always a treat! And it never takes long to get it used.I HIGHLY recommend this place!“

“Ça fait deux fois en une semaine que je viens, j’ai pris la casserole fan de viande. Tout était super bon, c’était chaud et bien garnis. J’avais peur qu’ils changent leurs patates, mais ils ont gardés celles du eggsquis!(Heureusement!) Et la dame au cheveux et veston noirs qui nous accueille est super souriante et gentille! Pareil pour les serveuses qu’ils ont gardés :)“

“Haven’t had a bad meal at ben & florentine. Large and generous portion sizes for breakfast that make it feel like a brunch. French toast and crepes are tasty, the combos are great options when you can’t decide. Omelets and skillets are hearty. Bacon, potatoes, and sausage are cooked nicely, but not overcooked. Fruit and whipped cream are fresh. Small crowd during the week, great friendly service in English and French.“

“Today with my Son and his Girlfriend we went to this restaurant which was clean, the service was fast and the girl we had as waitress was very polite and spoke both in English and French, the food arrived quickly and hot, the pricing was reasonable. Would I recommend this restaurant, "YES"“

“Très bon service et bonne nourriture! Nous sommes arrivé en étant très serré dans notre temps et les employés nous on servit en conséquence. On s'est assit et la serveuse est immédiatement venue prendre notre commande et on nous a fait payé très rapidement. Ça nous a permit d'avoir un petit déjeuné en amoureux malgré que nos horaires de travail ne concordent pas du tout. Un gros merci au personnel!“
