“An excellent authentic sushi restaurant that you absolutely must try.

Let's start with the only negative point, some of the employees don't speak French or English, but that's forgiven pretty quickly when you take your first bite! The employees and owners are still super nice and attentive.

Don't expect sushi with high quality fish, it's farmed fish like many other sushi. Aside from the quality of the ingredients, they have perfect mastery of rice and the combinations of different ingredients.

I really like the special attention to taste and texture, which makes them the best value-for-money sushi I've eaten.

I really enjoyed the addition of crispy onion ring in some of the rolls, I didn't expect it to integrate so well with the sushi.

What I also like is that they don't use cream cheese on most of their rolls unlike some restaurants of the same type.

If you see this review, don't wait, book your place, it's absolutely worth the detour.
