“I didn’t know what to expect heading into this restaurant but it was delicious. The sushi had a different taste than what I’m used to but it was a really good change to my norm. The server was very attentive too. 5 stars from me“

“Great resto but needs an immediate reno. Chairs and table sticky like hasn't been washed. Chairs and surroundings old altho atmosphere very pleasant. Great chef, food good. Handicap toilet very bad, mops and cleaning fluids stored there. Washrooms small. Reasonable pricing. We'll return but will avoid touching chair bottoms...😜“

“Food was excellent and service was very kind and attentive. The sushi was delicious, the miso soup was satisfying (and was more than a basic miso soup, it included tofu and mushrooms, this was a pleasant surprise), and the staff (possibly owner) was very warm and helpful.“

“I have been ordering at Kavan Sushi for years. It’s a family business and they are so kind. The sushi is fresh and tasty. My family and I never get fed up or tired of the food, whenever we want our sushi fix we come here. If you want to support local restaurants, this is the place. Highly recommend!“
