“Lia is the best thing about Harvey’s LaSalle. Hang onto her! She is sharp, quick, efficient, friendly, has excellent listening skills, great eye contact… she is Customer Service 101! I suggest a raise, a promotion, and she should be the model for all your employees. In one interaction she has restored my faith in fast food drive-thru!“

“Shannon provided an amazing service - such a warm and welcoming server. I rate her service a 10/10 the food and ambiance a 9/10. I ordered the curry and it was the perfect amount of heat as described by Shannon. My husband is not a big foodie but said the burger was very good - homemade beef and very tasty. Watching the team work together demonstrated true collaboration and organization. Great job!“

“One of the best fast food places in the west! Staffs are always polite, kind, friendly and patient even towards the end of the night! The food has always been delicious and fresh. For the amount of time I have picked up from here I never had a bad experience! Thank you so much for your service! It’s greatly appreciated! “I hadn’t been to a Harvey’s in a long time (probably since I was a kid) but I like this one a lot.
You can choose what to put in your burger like in Subway, and no matter what you choose it’s always good.
They stay open late and the employees are cool. The first time I went, I saw an employee leave her counter to bring water to a customer who had a spicy ghost pepper burger. So nice!“

“I've been eating here on both of my business trips to Dorval. The food is acceptable, the service is pretty good and you can't be the location relative to my hotel room. A lot of times I'm tired after a day offsite and catching up in my room. It is great to have the option of eating a good dinner without having to leave the hotel.“

“I've been going to CDI since birth it seems, I don't think the Poutine has ever changed. My go to when I need that traditional Quebec creation. Everything on the menu is worth trying BUT, that poutine is to die for!“
