“The food is honest, not much surprises neither good or bad. The atmosphere is ok. It is a bunch of tables in a big room painted with weird colors. The service is ok fast. Nothing impressive but nothing horrible. So it is a fair and safe choice.“

They can improve on 2 items
1) in the meat dish, the pork chops were very thin. Almost hot pot meat thickness. Doubling the thickness and adjusting the price would make sense. It shows the effort they spent to cut the chops so thin

2) we sat in the middle aisle. During a cold day, the cold air rushes in and some of the guests kept their coats on while eating their food. I don't think they can do too much now. In hindsight, the pair of double doors should have been installed with an offset.“

The ingredients are high quality, fresh, delicious, and the sauce he used in the poke bowl was unlike anything I've had before. Any order of the noodles will come with sides of the braised pork legs with bones if called in beforehand for free. “Ordered a bun bo hue and a pork chop on rice through delivery service. It was very unfortunate, but I came very ill for 2 days (stomach problems) from the bun bo hue, and the other person also got sick from the pork chop rice.

Update a year later: I ordered again, this time for pickup. It was quite good. But more impressively was the packaging. They have amazing takeout containers for their pho. Even the che ba Mau was well packaged. It literally tipped over in the car and nothing leaked.“

“I finally had time to write this. Since I really liked the seafood dish with crispy noodless from Nguyen Phi on CDN, that unfortunately was closed, we decided to go in and try it here, thinking that the experience could be similar. We were 3 at the table. We also ordered a third dish with shrimps, beef and chicken.

Without a doubt, the seafood, with noodless, as a whole, was better in the Nguyen Phi. There, the sauce was more flavorful, well seasoned. Richer and thicker. Here, it was like water.
As for the other dish, it was generally good, but according to my table companion, the shrimps were dry. So much so that he had a hard time removing them from the toothpick.
The service time was average. Nice atmosphere and clean place. Next time, I might try their Pho.“
