They also sell a variety of exotic bottled fruit juices, such as mango 🥭 and I think Guava as well. 🤔

“Balbakis my favorite shisha place in ottawa .i like the place and the owner (ahmed) especially. He is very kind and take pride in his business. Professional service and an amazing atmosphere. Drinks are great specially the tea with mint( try it)I am impressed with how the place is always clean. Friendly environment - would definitely recommend!“

One thing to keep in mind: if you place a big order, expect that customers with smaller orders may be served before you, even if they arrive after you. It’s not ideal, but it seems to be how they manage their workflow. They also have a nice little Arab dessert and soft‑drink selection, which is a great bonus.

“Very good place to try authentic Middle Eastern–Syrian-style cuisine! They have freshly baked manaeesh, flatbreads, and delicious sandwiches. I also tried the new “Egg & Cheese” with veggies and the spinach & cheese one — sooo good! 🤤 Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made just right.

Their sweets are also really good! Prices are on point, portions are great, and overall it’s definitely worth a visit! 😋“
