“Honestly I wouldn't dare give 1 star because I know the value of a bad review for a small Franchise. On the other hand, I want to give a frank and constructive opinion. I was there for the first time, I had a doubt, it didn't taste too good, I gave it a second chance a few months later, the food was not edible. The color of the hot dog sausage was questionable, the onion and cabbage taste and smell peculiar like it leaves things smelling bad and that smell is absorbed into the food. The hot dogs are just not good. I advise you to review the quality of food, the way of storing (refrigeration or expiration) or even the cooking time of food etc. I will go back in a few months, I hope it will improve.“

“Atmosphere could use much improvement. The Laval location is from the 80’s and looks like it hasn’t seen an update since its opening. It has washed out seats, stained ceiling tiles and very poor dark lighting. It was nice to eat outside. The food is amazing and the reason I’ve been going for over 50 years. With the expensive cost of eating out you need to offer a trio or loyalty card. I remember when Dic was alive he wouldn’t charge me for my fountain soda drinks. I miss Dic and those days. We need a West Island location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“Petinos is our goto place for breakfast. The service is good & the food is amazing! The half waffle with strawberries, english cream and Nutella is one of my favorites. Tip: order hollandais sauce & cheese on your home fries (a suggestion from Tracey) it's amazing!!!“

“If you have a layover or just waiting for your flight, come to Archibalds. Was reccomended by an airport employee when I was looking for a bite to eat. And it really stood out, the food thst came out was far beyond what I had expected it to be for an airport! Service was amazing too, from the host and front of house , as well as our server, we got accommodated seating quickly as well as served with exceptional service! The menu includes items that are more original, the ingredients are more top shelf, the preparation is more involved. It’s just more appetizing and delicious. “I like Harvey's burgers, that's why I still come here. The renovations inside are very nice and well done. The problem is getting inside. Exterior renovations were not well thought out. If you decide to come here, make it during hours that are less busy, otherwise you might just decide to go somewhere else due to the parking situation. It's a shame really, the restaurant inside is very nice but because of the lack of parking spaces I tend to come here less frequently.“
