I went at 7pm and there was hardly any queue, but I know from walking past it does get very busy at times.

“I really like Menchie's as a whole. They're got a good variety of flavours and toppings and I always end up spending less than I expect to. The servers are pleasant, if a bit inattentive and the patio is quite nice in the summer. The biggest problem with this location is that it often feels a bit run down. The machines are often a little wonky, often dispensing almost liquid froyo, there's sometimes garbage or sticky residue left around and the toppings, especially the cooled ones, are sometimes depleted. Though I think this just comes from the fact that the location itself is too small and understaffed for how busy it gets.“

The rolled ice cream is fresh and fun, but their cheesecake is truly the best I’ve had. “I went to this store on Saturday the 3rd of may around 5pm looking for a cake last minute and to my shock and surprise they had a huge variety of cakes available for me to pick from. I got the gold medal ribbon cake and the young man at the counter offered to write on it. Of course I wrote a message on the cake and while it was being written on the employee let me sample ice cream and gave me great suggestions on what the best flavours were. When the cake came out (about a 5 minute wait) it looked beautiful, with amazing handwriting and perfect spelling (No errors at all!!). Safe to say I will be going back as both employees (Young man and older lady) were extremely welcoming. Im about to go try the cake and I have very high expectations for it!!!“

It turned out to be a rainy day and they opened for the students so that the students wouldn’t be disappointed.
