They are scamming the system by removing your number from the screen to lower their service time. Got served 10min after they removed the number from the screen.
What can you Expect from mcdonald's
Today around lunch time I ordered a 10 chicken nugget meal with BBQ sauce to eat in. When I get my order it's in a paper bag (even though I tapped to eat in) and when I sat down and unpacked everything there was no bbq sauce packs in the bag. So I get up and go to the counter and tell one of the ladies that I didn't get the BBQ sauce I ordered. She pointed at the cashier, for some reason. The cashier was already taking an order from someone and there were four others behind them....read full review
