No acknowledging of wrong or terribly late orders - No costumer service - terrible customer service
young man at the counter very rude, asked for well done fries. I come at least twice a week and every other time the fries aren't cooked so I ALWAYS ask well done. today I was told that's our well done fries as if I was a new customer and argued with. won't be coming back, it's unfortunate because I loved the peppercorn sauce and travel from Buckingham to come. won't be seeing us again. Was refunded and left. I do NOT recommend .
Since moving to Aylmer in 2020 we have always found that once a month we usually find ourselves ordering from here. The poutine is fantastic at almost every occasion with one or two times that were lesser than usual. Just like everywhere I have worked and eaten there are off days, just bring it up and try again another day.
