“Today I went here. In the morning. It's was a hot day so I order a donut. And a double Double. I went in I said the order to the employee and he's was nice. And could understand me because of my disorder, luckily he's was a nice guy.“

“Located in a green area and with parking at the front, you have to rely on the illuminated sign so as not to miss it. At the time of my stay, it was relaxing. I noticed that there were a lot of regulars, because the hostess seemed to know the tastes of several customers. The service lived up to expectations, and parking was sufficient. Of course the place is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Yesterday I grabbed a package of to good to go from this chain and discovered this place next to the house. The truth is that I loved it! And I liked the surprise assortment that was there even more! I'm not sure how the staff do it, but everytime I come in, the place is always slammed but somehow they manage! I appreciate the amazing customer service everytime I come in. I can tell the staff are well appreciated within this community and I hope everyone can be a little patient with them :)“

“We like to stop at any service center when we go for a long drive. This location, staff are nice. Washroom is clean. There is A&W and subway. Gas station is at the location too. Lots of parking for sure. There is no line up. And mask mandate is over in Ontario. But if optional those who still want to use.“

“Excellent service and would like to speak to a cashier who paid out of pocket the remainder of an order for a customer who had a mental challenge just to point out that she does it and the customer doesn't even know what she did for her all victims of the rise in prices, life is expensive and much more difficult and she pays minimum wage from that pocket for a client and tells her the same in addition she makes her laugh before leaving her small gestures like that which can put a smile on our lips after a good holiday season and do like this woman did a little charitable gesture during the day that would make us smile, let's help each other for better days“

Ordered a craveable, hot chocolate and donut via the app. My friend did a separate order ahead of me for the same. A lady waiting with us also did an app order. We all waited longer than usual for our orders.“

“This is the best tim hortons in gatineau/alymer. The main counter clerk is fully bilingual and very accommodating. The only issue I ever had, was when I went through the drive through and they forgot to add cream to my coffee. Went inside and the correction was made without hesitation and a smile. Great customer service.“

“What used to be a 25 min plus wait in the drive thru for 6 cars is now an easy 4 to 7 min from order to payment.They have also started closing the drive-through and operating as a walking in only. Which to me is fantastic. I haven't had to wait any crazy lengths of time walking in, and it seems like they are trying to fix the issues they had previously.Keep it up.“
