“Ok so I just have to start with a negative Tim Hortons statement which has nothing to do with this location: you app, and the way you redeem coupons and offers SUCKS. Here. Now it's out of my system.

This location is pretty big and an easy-to-access drive-through and lots of see parking space. Service is great both at the drive-through and in the restaurant. Food quality is consistent. They also installed a Christmas tree 🎄 which I thoughts was a nice touch. Xavier and Alice were particularly helpful both times I went there. Recommended!“

“Located in a green area and with parking at the front, you have to rely on the illuminated sign so as not to miss it. At the time of my stay, it was relaxing. I noticed that there were a lot of regulars, because the hostess seemed to know the tastes of several customers. The service lived up to expectations, and parking was sufficient. Of course the place is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

“I've been coming here almost every day for the past couple of years and I'm always leaving happy and pleased. The staff are very friendly and good at their job. The coffee is perfect everytime which is a big deal for me. They know my order before I even make it to the counter and sometimes even have it ready. “THE ABSOLUTELY BEST TIM HORTONS I’ve been to in Ottawa/Gatineau area!!!!!! The food was prepared exactly as it should and tasted like never before!!! “I love this Tim! Easy access parking and reception of our car meeting groups without problem. Most of the time very fast service, especially the regular night employee for years, tall and strong, he is always very efficient, calm and welcoming.“

“Excellent service and would like to speak to a cashier who paid out of pocket the remainder of an order for a customer who had a mental challenge just to point out that she does it and the customer doesn't even know what she did for her all victims of the rise in prices, life is expensive and much more difficult and she pays minimum wage from that pocket for a client and tells her the same in addition she makes her laugh before leaving her small gestures like that which can put a smile on our lips after a good holiday season and do like this woman did a little charitable gesture during the day that would make us smile, let's help each other for better days“

“I come here often and have noticed a huge improvement in service since Amin has been there . He has amazing customer service skills and is very quick with orders. He also greets everyone with a smile which is rare to see nowadays. They are lucky to have him on the team!!“

I'm not sure how the staff do it, but everytime I come in, the place is always slammed but somehow they manage! I appreciate the amazing customer service everytime I come in. “The service here was great and fast the staff are very polite and friendly and the food was amazing i ordered a breakfast BLT and it was made just the way I had ordered it the lady at the sandwich station did a great job with the food I ordered and the employee who took my order and made my ice coffee did it just how I liked it“

14 minutes from the time I paid until I received my food.
Ordered a craveable, hot chocolate and donut via the app. My friend did a separate order ahead of me for the same. A lady waiting with us also did an app order. We all waited longer than usual for our orders.“

“This is the best tim hortons in gatineau/alymer. The main counter clerk is fully bilingual and very accommodating. The only issue I ever had, was when I went through the drive through and they forgot to add cream to my coffee. Went inside and the correction was made without hesitation and a smile. Great customer service.“

“This Tim Horton's has the best cheese croissants of all the Tim Hortons locations I've been to. And I've been to a lot as I am a truck driver. Many Timmy's locations have even taken off the cheese croissants off their menu, although for the life of me I cant understand how that is even allowed in a franchise restaurant? Every time I come here I make sure to buy two croissants with my coffee, it is just that good!“

“It has improved here. I have been buying breakfast on the weekend here for several months and the service has gone from poor to strong. There are a lot of hard-working young people at this location and their effort is strong. The sheer volume of drive through and walk-in make this a location where you need to wait. Seating area needs a refresh/touch up.“
