“Located in a green area and with parking at the front, you have to rely on the illuminated sign so as not to miss it. At the time of my stay, it was relaxing. I noticed that there were a lot of regulars, because the hostess seemed to know the tastes of several customers. The service lived up to expectations, and parking was sufficient. Of course the place is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

“I love this Tim! Easy access parking and reception of our car meeting groups without problem. Most of the time very fast service, especially the regular night employee for years, tall and strong, he is always very efficient, calm and welcoming.“

“Probably the only time Hortons without a drive thru not in a mall. Growing up I legit thought this was the first time Hortons ever created it's that nostalgic. Everyone must remember that cranky older lady back in the day who would yell at people for bringing in one for one pizza after a night at term, and then getting kicked out... “Ok so I just have to start with a negative Tim Hortons statement which has nothing to do with this location: you app, and the way you redeem coupons and offers SUCKS. Here. Now it's out of my system.

This location is pretty big and an easy-to-access drive-through and lots of see parking space. Service is great both at the drive-through and in the restaurant. Food quality is consistent. They also installed a Christmas tree 🎄 which I thoughts was a nice touch. Xavier and Alice were particularly helpful both times I went there. Recommended!“

“Excellent service and would like to speak to a cashier who paid out of pocket the remainder of an order for a customer who had a mental challenge just to point out that she does it and the customer doesn't even know what she did for her all victims of the rise in prices, life is expensive and much more difficult and she pays minimum wage from that pocket for a client and tells her the same in addition she makes her laugh before leaving her small gestures like that which can put a smile on our lips after a good holiday season and do like this woman did a little charitable gesture during the day that would make us smile, let's help each other for better days“

“I come here often and have noticed a huge improvement in service since Amin has been there . He has amazing customer service skills and is very quick with orders. He also greets everyone with a smile which is rare to see nowadays. They are lucky to have him on the team!!“

Ordered a craveable, hot chocolate and donut via the app. My friend did a separate order ahead of me for the same. A lady waiting with us also did an app order. We all waited longer than usual for our orders.“

“This Tim Horton's has the best cheese croissants of all the Tim Hortons locations I've been to. And I've been to a lot as I am a truck driver. Many Timmy's locations have even taken off the cheese croissants off their menu, although for the life of me I cant understand how that is even allowed in a franchise restaurant? “This is the best tim hortons in gatineau/alymer. The main counter clerk is fully bilingual and very accommodating. The only issue I ever had, was when I went through the drive through and they forgot to add cream to my coffee. Went inside and the correction was made without hesitation and a smile. Great customer service.“

“This has been one of my regular stops, and it’s always a good experience. The staff are friendly, quick, and handle busy times really well. I usually stop in for breakfast or a snack, and the food is always fresh and comes out fast. The bagels, wraps, and baked goods are consistently good, and they rarely run out of the popular items even during rush hours.

They also recently renovated, and it looks great — fresh, modern, and so much brighter inside. The new layout feels more open and welcoming, and it’s actually nice to sit in for a few minutes now. Everything feels clean and updated, which adds to the overall experience.

The drive-thru can get busy at peak times, but the line moves steadily, and my order is almost always right. Inside, it’s comfortable and has a relaxed atmosphere with a nice mix of people: families grabbing Timbits, students working on laptops, and regulars chatting with the staff.

Overall, this location feels reliable, friendly, and refreshed. It’s simple, consistent, and exactly what you want from a Tim Hortons — familiar food, good service, and a bright space to enjoy it.“

“UPDATED PLEASE READ END; beware: often understaffed, missing ingredients. last time i went here i tried ordering at the drive-thru and couldnt get anything i wanted despite trying 3 different items. employees were untrained and couldnt prepare orders on time. i really hope they’ve gotten their stuff together in the last few months
