“The noodles here slap. Literally, you can see them stretching and slapping the hand pulled noodles through the window. I like the Lanzhou Beef Noodles spicy version. I think the broth could be better, it tastes a bit flat. But overall, it’s good value to eat in and have a bowl of noodles, especially as the weather gets colder.“

“Excellent bao and great service.
The server gave creat advice after hearing golf our food preference. The kitchen is pristine clean nd the food is being prepared hot and fresh. The cleanliness is really appreciated and the friendly service nad excellent food suggestions and quick service was all awesome.

“Super nice staff and even more amazing food, they were very attentive, i told them i can’t eat pork and they went out of their way to tell me one of the dishes i ordered MIGHT be cooked in the same oil they cook pork with and asked if i would be okay with it. HIGHLY recommend!!!“

“I ordered takeaway tonight from a spot on St-Denis in Montreal and was pleasantly surprised. I went with the large pork wonton soup (10 dumplings) and the hot & sour cucumber salad — all for $17.22, which I found very reasonable for the area.
The soup was flavorful without being too salty, and the seaweed pieces added a nice touch. The cucumber salad was also fresh and tasty, though personally, I would have preferred a lighter hand on the garlic (you'll see what I mean in the photo).
The interior of the restaurant is simple but clean. It was a quiet Tuesday evening, so the small terrace hadn’t been set up, which was a bit of a letdown. That said, the service was friendly and quick — always a plus.“

“Great quality Chinese food. I came here expecting a filling meal for a low price and I got one. Don’t miss out on the sticky rice and bbq pork. Just be mindful the roasted duck has many bones which was pesky to eat but it was very fatty and juicy. Workers were very nice and were patient with me trying to e transfer since it is cash only and no seating only takeout. Definitely coming back here again. 9/10“

Tonight my dasher forgot one of the bag of my order. After checking with a call to the restaurant, they gladly offered me to come drop it themselves!! Even offered me a drink to compensate the wait.

“The best dumplings I have ever had were my mother's, so that being said... The dumplings served here were the closest any restaurant has gotten to them and they have inspired new ingredients to our own family recipe. We hope to return soon as the staff were also very attentive and the atmosphere was wonderful.“

“Loved the food and the prices are reasonable too. The waitress was very attentive. The food came out very quickly after ordering. The only issue was that they take payment only in cash. But there is an ATM machine inside to withdraw cash, $2 withdrawal fee so that issue is solved too.
Definitely will be coming back again 🙂“

“I've been going to this restaurant with my family for over two decades. The service is friendly and attentive to allergies (I am allergic to sesame seeds). The menu has something for every taste, age, and a delightful chill atmosphere. It fills my heart with joy every time I get to share a plate of general tao, tea, and good cheer. Portions are also great for the price. Highly recommended, will eat again, and again, and again...“

“I had dinner here on a weekend night, arriving around 8 PM. The owner was very accommodating and even though they close at 9 PM, they let us stay until 9:20.
We ordered the Dapanji (Big Plate Chicken), and the portions were very generous—we ordered the medium size and still had plenty left to take home. The naan was soft and flavorful, perfect for dipping in the Dapanji sauce. The smashed cucumber salad was decent, though the cucumbers were a bit sparse compared to the amount of dressing. The lamb soup was well-seasoned with just the right amount of salt, and the lamb flavor was mild, not too gamey.
While the menu doesn’t offer a wide variety of dishes, each one is a specialty from the Taklamakan region. If you’re interested in this culture’s cuisine, I highly recommend giving this place a try.“

“Just had one of my best experiences in a Chinese restaurant. Highly recommend the squirrel fish dish, it's very authentic and crispy. The service is excellent, they even proposed setting up a background birthday song as we had the birthday cake. Will be recommending this place to friends and family.“

“I've always seen this little shop next to c&t and we finally got curious enough to visit it. It is basically a takeout place. I highly recommend the cold noodles (liangpi). I've never had it before but it is very delicious and has a nice spice to it.
We also tried the pork bun, but it wasn't particularly amazing. They charge $3 for as is or $4 to prepare it for you on the spot (aka toast the bread and microwave the meat).
The owner can communicate with enough English to explain the menu (but probably more easily if you speak Chinese).“

“We order from here all the time, the food is excellent, and they accommodate reasonable modifications to the combos. This is good old fashioned Chinese food for a friday night in. Order for 2 and youll have enough for 3-4 easily. My favorite is the beef and broccoli.“
