“I had the bol rouge with 2 flavors, the spicy and the garlic flavor. If you choose 1 flavor, you get 3 pieces of chicken breast. You get 4 pieces of chicken breasts with 4 flavors. You can choose 2 bases such as rice, quinoa etc and up to 6-7 toppings. There is also a variety of sauces that you can select from cilantro lime, spicy mayo, to ranch. Overall, i found the taste to be ok, the flavors on the chicken were not that intense and not that noticeable. The pieces of chicken are a bit small, but you can get lucky if they give you bigger pieces!”

I think the girl who is in charge now is a good one, she is fluent in both French and English and keeps giving directions to the other girl. She is quick and smooth.

But she came to the rescue and said she would have it done a day before so I could have it on time for my son’s birthday and she did!!! It was beautiful and also tasted delicious and truly homemade. “Really delicious sushis. It is my go-to. When I have exams or on my birthday, my mom surprises me with Sushiman sushi. Sushiman has become a special place to me because of the memories when I was gifted these sushis by my mom. The people who work here make it all the more special too. They are truly caring, welcoming, and sweet. The sushis are freshly made each day. Cleanliness is maintained.

My go-to sushi orders are "Crispy", "Crabe de Neige" (which is the same filling for Cripy sushi but the rice is inside rather than outside, "Salmon nigiris", "Avocado hosomaki", and recently I started liking the "Buddha wrap" and "Tuna tartare maki". In the picture I didn't order the previous 2 I mentioned but they're delicious.”
