“This is a vibrant place. Waiter Mikael was so attentive to our satisfaction, he asked and returned a few times before we ordered as we couldn’t make up our minds. We had an issue and this was resolved rapidly by management. My interpretation of management wanting restaurant to succeed. Kudos to them. Service today has unfortunately diminished in many establishments and when a turnaround happens, we need to say bravo to them and give them return visits.”

Knowing that I was going to pack it up and take it back to Toronto to share with my family, the boss and the chef carefully packaged the condiments. In addition, the spicy three-piece chili cannot be divided into portions. Although I didn't mind at all, the boss silently sent another braised food platter. I discovered it when I drove home and was so touched!
Next year when I’m on a business trip, I can use it as my daily canteen, and I won’t have to choose the service!”

Three color pasta salad was fresh, creamy and juicy with the cherry tomatoes. The salad wasn’t heavy and it was actually quite fulfilling.
Normally you would assume a chocolate cake to be heavy but this one wasn’t the case. It was light and airy with just the right amount of sweetness.
The almond croissant and chocolatines were both so good, fresh, flaky and sweet!”

Allison was so caring, attentive and so understanding as my health is not the best. It was obvious but she was so gracious about it and made me feel at ease. She is truly a Gem and made me/us feel so welcome at the Carrefour Laval Nespresso location. Ragul was also very instrumental and assisting with the purchase of the new machine. I wish I can speak with Allison. Unfortunately, when I called the Customer Service, I was informed that its not possible. I was very lucky and dealt with Hamza from the Customer Service who after I explained tried several times so that I can be able to speak with Allison. He apologized that it was not successful.
