Ok. First, the atmosphere. I gave 5 stars but don't expect something out of the ordinary. Expect a place that makes you feel that you wanted a great deli and before even eating, you just know that you're at the right place.
About the service, I gave 5 stars too. I did not stay long. I just needed 1lbs of smoked meat to go but for the time that I was here, I got exactly the kind of service that I was expecting.
