“I came in the other day. I had ordered some breakfast and a coffee. The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was super quick and organized. Everyone was very respectful and friendly. I absolutely loved my stay. This was also the cleanest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to! Definitely a thumbs up from me!!!“

“Fresh doughnuts in the morning, coffee is affordable and the ice caps are a household favourite. The Bowls are actually very good! Overall very good, but only 4 stars because the food lacks continuity. Sometimes my coriander bowl will be perfect, sometimes it’ll have no salad and only rice, sometimes there will be barley anything in it, etc“

Been going for almost a year now every morning and never ever had a bad service. And if they make a mistake they fix it and so happy to help. Special shoutout to the morning team around 7am. Wheelchair accessibility: Rather small row inside, moving around with a wheelchair will be difficult in the candy area, fridge....“

“Update from my last post: I received a call following my last post from Tim Hortons Customer Service and was directed to a manager and was surprised that she offered to get compensated with a meal or donuts. I got a meal and coffee which was delicious. Thank you for the courtesy of taking care of your customers.“

“Quality service, a bad habit has just set in in recent days, 02 people can reserve 4 tables at a time for a long period of time which deprives the usual clientele of having a table available.

“I had a good experience at this Tim Hortons. Didn’t know the exact name of the item in french and with the few I could say they understand it and at the window the girl even teach me how to say it in french when I ask her(shout out to her even if I don’t know her name)“

“I went to Tim Hortons recently and really enjoyed it. The place was clean and felt welcoming. My coffee tasted just like I expected warm and comforting and the food was fresh and good.

Parking: Ample large for the restaurant's capacity. You are sure to have a place.“

“As a city, Montreal was a very intriguing place to spend a week. It reminds me of a bunch of different cities all in one. The cobblestone streets of Old Montreal could be a street in Budapest or Bologna. The Plateau actually reminds me a lot of the more residential parts of Portland and Seattle. And the presence of a younger, student-heavy crowd reminds me of other cities with multiple universities like Boston.In many ways, the coffee scene is similar (thanks Tim Hortons), with multiple influences coming together and creating a scene that is interesting and diverse, with a strong focus on local micro roasters (more on that below, because it’s a unique aspect that is worth talking about).“

“The other reviews had me skeptical at first, but I'm glad I came here, as I received excellent service. The employees were very kind and helpful and I was served very quickly. I had the Oreo Iced capp and it was delicious with a good amount of thick whipped cream. The only downside is you need to ask the corner shop cashier for the key if you want to go to the bathroom, but that's not really Tim Hortons fault.“

“My husband and I had an exceptional experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru, THANKS to Joselande. It's been a long time since I received such impeccable service! From the start, Joselande took our order with remarkable kindness, repeating each item to make sure everything was correct. She then gave us the total order amount clearly. While checking out, she once again checked and repeated the amount, which shows her professionalism. All with a helpful and warm smile that really made the difference. However, the management of the wait in front of the Tim Hortons leaves something to be desired. We didn't wait this time but the previous times, yes. Seeing employees having to figure out who each order belongs to is frustrating, and it's even sadder in heavy rain. Better organization at this level would be really appreciated for them. Hoping that this practice will be resolved before winter!“

“I recently had the pleasure of being served by Alma at Tim Hortons, and I just had to share my wonderful experience! From the moment I approached the counter, Alma was incredibly quick to assist me, even though I didn’t know the name of the item I was looking for. She took the time to listen to my description and helped me find exactly what I needed.

Additionally, I requested a decaf iced coffee, and even though it’s not a standard item on the menu, Alma was more than happy to prepare it for me. “Sunday December 2, 2018 poor service and 15 min wait before being able to place my order at the car then another 5 min waiting for a tim morning blt with a coffee. Total wait 21min. And the little guy is all alone to do everything and the other 2 girls have zero teamwork. She finishes my blt she puts it on the edge of the window and the guy tells me it won't take long. To realize that he was ready. TEAMWORK is not supposed to be your watchword for teamwork. In any case very disappointed with the service and unacceptable.“
