“I came in the other day. I had ordered some breakfast and a coffee. The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was super quick and organized. Everyone was very respectful and friendly. I absolutely loved my stay. This was also the cleanest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to! Definitely a thumbs up from me!!!“

“Fresh doughnuts in the morning, coffee is affordable and the ice caps are a household favourite. The Bowls are actually very good! Overall very good, but only 4 stars because the food lacks continuity. Sometimes my coriander bowl will be perfect, sometimes it’ll have no salad and only rice, sometimes there will be barley anything in it, etc“

“Update from my last post: I received a call following my last post from Tim Hortons Customer Service and was directed to a manager and was surprised that she offered to get compensated with a meal or donuts. I got a meal and coffee which was delicious. Thank you for the courtesy of taking care of your customers.“

“Small, friendly restaurant. The employees know their products and the service is fast. There seems to be a good team spirit where everyone executes a small order which will be delivered quickly. And the roast beef sandwiches were hot!

Parking: Ample large for the restaurant's capacity. You are sure to have a place.“

“As a city, Montreal was a very intriguing place to spend a week. It reminds me of a bunch of different cities all in one. The cobblestone streets of Old Montreal could be a street in Budapest or Bologna. The Plateau actually reminds me a lot of the more residential parts of Portland and Seattle. And the presence of a younger, student-heavy crowd reminds me of other cities with multiple universities like Boston.In many ways, the coffee scene is similar (thanks Tim Hortons), with multiple influences coming together and creating a scene that is interesting and diverse, with a strong focus on local micro roasters (more on that below, because it’s a unique aspect that is worth talking about).“

“Sunday December 2, 2018 poor service and 15 min wait before being able to place my order at the car then another 5 min waiting for a tim morning blt with a coffee. Total wait 21min. And the little guy is all alone to do everything and the other 2 girls have zero teamwork. She finishes my blt she puts it on the edge of the window and the guy tells me it won't take long. However, the management of the wait in front of the Tim Hortons leaves something to be desired. We didn't wait this time but the previous times, yes. Seeing employees having to figure out who each order belongs to is frustrating, and it's even sadder in heavy rain. Better organization at this level would be really appreciated for them. “I've never been inside, but Tim's is the best for drive thru!
When we come by in the morning, in 2 minutes we ordered, paid and received the order! There is never a mistake in the order, they always have what we want and the donuts are always well glazed (icing everywhere).
