“Je suis allé acheté un tim glaçé à la vanille au service a l'auto, je trouvais quil ne goûtait pas la vanille alors je suis rentrée à l'intérieur pour faire ajouter de la vanille et acheter un beigne, ils m'ont offert le tout gratuitement pour compenser, superrrrr service ça!! C'est comme ça qu'on fidélise ses clients bravo ? un petit geste qui me fera faire un détour pour les prochaines fois“

“Fresh doughnuts in the morning, coffee is affordable and the ice caps are a household favourite. The Bowls are actually very good! Overall very good, but only 4 stars because the food lacks continuity. Sometimes my coriander bowl will be perfect, sometimes it’ll have no salad and only rice, sometimes there will be barley anything in it, etc“

“Update from my last post: I received a call following my last post from Tim Hortons Customer Service and was directed to a manager and was surprised that she offered to get compensated with a meal or donuts. I got a meal and coffee which was delicious. Thank you for the courtesy of taking care of your customers.“

Parking: Parking in front of the store at 45° on the other hand.

Wheelchair accessibility: Rather small row inside, moving around with a wheelchair will be difficult in the candy area, fridge....“

“Quality service, a bad habit has just set in in recent days, 02 people can reserve 4 tables at a time for a long period of time which deprives the usual clientele of having a table available.
A correction is necessary.

“I came in the other day. I had ordered some breakfast and a coffee. The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was super quick and organized. Everyone was very respectful and friendly. I absolutely loved my stay. This was also the cleanest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to! Definitely a thumbs up from me!!!“

“As a city, Montreal was a very intriguing place to spend a week. It reminds me of a bunch of different cities all in one. The cobblestone streets of Old Montreal could be a street in Budapest or Bologna. The Plateau actually reminds me a lot of the more residential parts of Portland and Seattle. And the presence of a younger, student-heavy crowd reminds me of other cities with multiple universities like Boston.In many ways, the coffee scene is similar (thanks Tim Hortons), with multiple influences coming together and creating a scene that is interesting and diverse, with a strong focus on local micro roasters (more on that below, because it’s a unique aspect that is worth talking about).“

“I had stopped going to Tim Hortons because of bad service. Recently I went to this one and had a special order I can't have the milk they have I need lactose free milk so I usually ask for a shot of espresso with mocha over ice and add my milk at home. The morning staff have been great (most of them) they make it as I ask and arr nice about it, usually I get staff that are rude and don't understand. So now this is my go to Tim's.“

“It's been two days in a row that my daughter and I have been eating there and we are very satisfied. I think so far, this is the best Tim Hortons I've ordered from. It's not too busy, the restaurant and toilets are clean, the service is very fast!“

“I really liked the vibe when I entered the colors just matched perfectely with the november vibe. It was cold outside, but inside was very warm. I ordered a coffee and a chocolate donut and I got it witten a minute. The coffee was very cheap and very good and so was the chocolate donut. The employee who served me, Alexi was also super helpful and fast.“

“This magazine/store is located inside a gas station convenience store so the space is reduce but still manage to offer a good variety of desserts and a full food menu. I ordered online pickup and it was not long my waiting time. Overall satisfied.“

“Generally speaking, the service is good the food also.
I only have a little concern. I sometimes bien my toasts, but at Tim's it is rare that a sandwich, otter toasts arrêt not burned, the other day I bought a chicken sandwich and even the chicken was burned, I was quite displeased.
So, I ate the food and disliked it very much, so much so, that I will not get anything from Tim's that needs to be toasted.

However, the management of the wait in front of the Tim Hortons leaves something to be desired. We didn't wait this time but the previous times, yes. Seeing employees having to figure out who each order belongs to is frustrating, and it's even sadder in heavy rain. Better organization at this level would be really appreciated for them. Hoping that this practice will be resolved before winter!“

“I recently had the pleasure of being served by Alma at Tim Hortons, and I just had to share my wonderful experience! From the moment I approached the counter, Alma was incredibly quick to assist me, even though I didn’t know the name of the item I was looking for. She took the time to listen to my description and helped me find exactly what I needed.

Additionally, I requested a decaf iced coffee, and even though it’s not a standard item on the menu, Alma was more than happy to prepare it for me.
