“The food was AMAZEBALLS. We enjoyed all the dishes and drinks we ordered, especially the delectable cod and the fowl. The cod was cooked to perfection and the sauce was plenty and so flavorful, complimenting the vegetables well. And the fowl was crispy on the skin but still so juicy inside with a rich sauce.
All the food was not only presented beautifully, but also used fresh local ingredients. Their cocktails were also refreshing, with fun creative recipes.
Additionally, the server was warm and welcoming, and the interior/ambiance was cute. (Sort of rustic chic?)
The selection on the dessert menu was small, however, so we didn’t get any there.“

“This hotel restaurant newly reopened is a hidden gem. Completely exceeded our expectations. Drinks and cocktails were great and the food looked and tasted amazing. If you are staying at this hotel you need to check it out. We had dinner and drinks each night of our stay. Service was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again simply to eat here.“
“First time in Quebec city and went here for breakfast. Absolutely amazing brefast skillets. So filling and tasty. Could skip lunch for the size of them. At first glance they may seem a little pricey but it's definitely worth it. Nice atmosphere etc.“

Food was fantastic and service was awesome, will definitely come back!
The pork ribs were very soft and the sauce was sweet and very delicious. I also ordered something like seafood cream soup, and the lobster inside was very chewy and had a nice texture.
It was very convenient to stay at the Concorde Hotel and just take the elevator down to the first floor to eat. The staff were very friendly and it was a pleasant meal.“

“First let me say this is two reviews in one.
Thursday Evening Review:
My family and I tried MurMur on Thursday.
The food was absolutely fantastic. My Pork Tomahawk was tender and juicy and the accompanying plum sauce as delicious.
The server(no name, had a man-bun and ink) on the other hand left much to be desired.
He was very aloof and not at all engaging.
You could tell he was just doing a job.
Friday Evening Review:
We went back BECAUSE of the food.
We got a different table and were served by Sam(I am).
Once again no issues with the food. It was delicious!!
Sam made ALL the difference. He was friendly and engaging.
Next time we go to Quebec City we will definitely be going back to MurMur.

“Très très bon service de la part des serveuses,qui sont très décontractées et très proche de leur clientèle. Que dire de Claudine,la cheffe cuisinière,tes plats sont tout simplement succulents et raffinés et cela se ressent dans ta préparation. Vraiment,un restaurant à connaître absolument et surtout à faire connaître car il mérite une très bonne renommée. Pour moi,c’est de loin le meilleur restaurant sur Québec. Un énorme merci à toute l’équipe,vous êtes vraiment très professionnel et passionné par ce que vous faite. La table de 7 personnes venues souper samedi soir. Amicalement.“
