Skip the cafe in the Montreal Fine Arts Museum and head to this great little spot for lunch, which is right around the corner. Huge variety of fresh ingredients so you can build your own salad/ bowl. Many recommended combinations. Greens, rice, quinoa, etc. Or choose from several soups (recommend the lentil).
Love it here! Soup was great and they even had a gluten free menu with many options that are safe for celiac! Staff was very nice too and I'm lucky to now have a gluten free meal option so close to ConcordiaDietary restrictions: Gluten free options, vegan options, kosher options, allergen aware
