Good place to have dinner with friends or family. The service was good the couple times I was there. The food is a solid 4.The prices, like everywhere else, are getting high.I know this may be tough, but I think the chaîne needs to start thinking about little renovation or redecorating the places.My first visit was outside Québec city with an outdoor sitting and the place was really nice. The other too, including this one, need an uplift.
As a pescatarian I am pretty particular about my fish. I am often told that I should not have high expectations at a steakhouse, but in my experience, the chef at a highly rated steakhouse should know how to cook a good piece of fish, especially salmon!!! I haven't been to Baton Rouge in a long time, but if memory serves me, they did make an awesome piece of salmon.
