I recently dined at your restaurant while staying at the Home Town Suites in Montreal. I wasn’t visiting for Formula One or any major event—I simply needed a break. As a small business from the US, life has been hectic and heavy, especially in the current social and political climate in the U.S., and I hadn’t taken a real break in over a year and a half.
