Another guest had a very memorable experience when the staff provided birthday candles and allowed lighting them in the store. However, some reviews mentioned that the quality has really went down, with the icing much more sweeter and the cake not moist, and cupcakes not fresh on multiple occasions. For personalized cakes, the design is the strong point, but the cake tastes like a very sweet commercial cake, and the price of add-ons like the "golf ball" and "golf flag" ($5 each) was considered exaggerated.
