The staff are friendly, helpful, and always smiling; the service is quick. The coffee is fresh, well-made, and always good at this chain. A customer enjoyed a cinnamon latte that was delicious and expertly crafted, and another had coffee and dulce de leche cake on a very cold day. The baked goods are super fresh and well priced. The café is huge, with many people on computers or reading, and the noise level is very low for such a busy and large coffee shop. However, this location never has the biscotti and the freshii energy balls, only serving pastries and sandwiches.
