I happened to have a coupon for a 12" sub and I hadn't had one in a long time, so I looked up the most convenient location.It turned out to be one I had been to before, but had forgotten how large and clean it was. It was in the evening so there was only one other customer. The standout of this visit, by far, was the upbeat and hospitable nature of the staff member behind the counter, whom I found out was was named Martin. Beside Place des Arts metro, corner of Maisonneuve and Bleury. Establishment is a modern building, clean, with a fair amount of seating, a bit more than most other Subway restaurants in Montreal. Views of Bleury and the construction on a large building across the street.Got a steak cheese panini and a broccoli cream soup for 5$ with a coupon.Service was courteous and fast. This restaurant is clean and generally quiet when I happen to go. There's very little consistency and a high turnover within the staff, some are efficient, friendly, and make well made sandwiches, while others seem lost, aren't very personable, and your sandwich falls apart in your hands when you try to eat it. I do want to commend Shannon for making today's experience very pleasant and quick though!
