At midday in the heart of the Plateau, it is difficult to find a place for brunch or breakfast. Finally, two places became available and I am very happy. If there is no line at the door of the restaurant, it is because the prices are above $15 for a dish. I ordered a classic, the Cosmopolite with 2 eggs, bacon, sausage and ham. It was very good and generous. The service was quick and friendly. There is a terrace. I will also come back for the desserts.
I am surprised that Toi Moi & Cafe has only been given 3-stars. We loved it! On vacation in the area, my family and I saw this cafe a few times as we walked through the neighborhood before we were able to stop in for lunch. The cafe is nearly always crowded and after we ate there we could understand why.
