“The lady working there today Nov 09, 2021 @ 1:30pm is one of the hardest working people at Subway I've ever seen. She was the only employee working at that time. It was busy, hectic, a knife dropped on the floor, customers making their stupid requests, line up... And through all that she kept her cool. Subway is lucky to have her .“

“We are big Dagwoods fans and this one in beaconsfield is the best. Would take off one star cause the wait is sometimes long...The staff is courteous and we sometimes spot the owner making sure everything is ok.The location is ok but would be better right next to the McDonald's.They make a good sandwich here at Dagwoods beaconsfield, unlike the one on des Sources which is not good at all majorly because of the poor attitude owner.If you're on the west island and not sure what to eat, come to Dagwoods beaconsfield, it's the best of the Dagwoods in the west island. We know cause we tried the all.“

The owner actively works his franchise and does a fantastic job. He oversees his team and coaches them to help ensure a great and consistent customer experience. He is not only giving his employees a job, but seems to truly care and is giving his staff life skills which is more of what a “boss” should do, kudos to you. Drop by to see what I mean. “I would like to sincerely thank Neil for my amazing experience at Subway. Im tech challenged and he helped me to complete the promo on the app, and was incredibly kind and respectful. He waited patiently for me when making the order and was super polite and so easy to talk to. Was so easy going and fast at his job. My food was fresh and made so nicely. I dont know who the Manager and/or Owner is, but i hope they read this review and promote this young man. He truly deserves it, he cares about his work and he knows what customer service is. “Honestly, it's a really great place and had a good experience. When I walked in, I noticed that it was very clean and had no visual problems with this location. When we went up to order the food, their staff was very kind and very easy to talk to. There were no communication errors, and all the food was correct. We ordered a family platter with a lot of sandwiches, and all of them were very tasty and fresh. And after that we also got lots of cookies and also the footlong cookie which was all fresh and warm tasting absolutely delicious.“

“Made order for $100 for a group of 10 via Subway app. which has all my information and paid in full to pick up the order. However, I had to wait extra time to validate my ID! Once the validation, service was great and sandwich was delicious but some ingredients were out of stock that we weren't able to figure out until we picked them up. The following request is not particularly for this store but whoever in charge of app. - please do not show not available ingredients on app. Also who is in charge of drink fountain - clearing the previous drink system would be great since my drink was all mixed up with the previously dispensed drink... Don't give up, you were smiling and efficient... despite the "boss" who made unpleasant comments to him and cried out loud about every move he made when the customers were satisfied and there was no major problem.
