Great experience, I loved my visit. The atmosphere is great, there is a great selection perfect for a family visit, or a late night out. Imported confectionery is for sale there. My children loved the magic potions.
I visited Quebec City this summer and stayed in the super cool St. Roch neighbourhood. We often walked to the Limoilou neighbourhood and noticed many locals lining up in the evening for ice cream at Maître Glacier. I had to check it out! The vanilla soft serve with maple drizzle was delicious. Note the drizzle was not maple syrup. The drizzle was thicker in consistency than maple syrup and had a light maple flavour. It is not at all clear who owns the franchise. No local newspaper mentions it. Before, we knew it thanks to the numerous photos of the happy former owners. But that's all in the past. One of them is an accomplished photographer, the other, a happy retiree.
