“I highly recommend Tula for their delicious plant based gluten free flavorful dishes. The service was friendly and welcoming. I took my sister to Tula’s to celebrate her birthday, we were impressed by all the great tasting dishes. We had the Koshimbir salad which was beautifully displayed! Grandma’s Special coconut curry, Tofu Lasooni Dhaniya, a side of chapati and extra basmati rice, we also had a cup of turmeric latte. We will definitely go back to savor the other rich and flavorful dishes. I high recommend this restaurant.“

“We visited there to try out their dosas, and we were happy with our selection. The dosa has a great taste and crispiness. The side sauces were quite tasty. Still, it would have been nice to have had a bit more sauce(only reason to not rate 5 star)but enjoyed the food and service overall. The cashier was a very pleasant person to talk to.“

We ordered a vegetarian thali along with two desserts. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant in arranging our order. It made our wedding anniversary all the more special :)“

“I have had Foodine food service for almost 4 months. I loved the food and following are the things I would like to highlight: 1. Quality- Homely food, Fresh and I never felt it is made of cheap ingredients. 2. Variety- Amazing variety of food mostly Daal coupled with veggies and on saturday there is special street food like vada pav, pav bhaji or Dabeli. Occasionally sweet dishes are also provided. 3. Punctuality- Never ever they missed delivering my food on time. If they are closed (which rarely happens), Vishal from Foodine informs before hand. Please note they don’t deliver on weekend. 4. Price- Full meal is 295$ with delivery. I believe a full meal is sufficient for 2-3 persons. Half meal is $195 with delivery is sufficient for 1-2 people. Therefore, Per meal per person costs around 5-6$ which is very reasonable. Please note they don’t deliver on weekend and they deliver around 20-21 days a month. Overall amazing food, great price and quality. Vishal the founder takes feedback very diligently.I would highly recommend Foodine.“

“Seriously, this is the best Indian restaurant I've tried! I've tried elsewhere, but I always come back to Malhi Sweet. Everything is very tasty at this place. To the point where we don't even live in town anymore, but when we go there, we take a take out to bring home and during the whole trip back we flip because of the smell, we just can't wait to get there. arrive and eat! Big favorite!Vegetarian options: I always find great options as a vegetarian. I really like this restaurant.“

“Satisfied our Dosa carvings successfully at this place. Best sambar that I had in recent times. Chutney was a little watery, but the taste was amazing. We had egg dosa, masala dosa and podi idly, all the dishes are great and the spice on the podi idly is on point. Will definitely visit again when we are back in montreal.“

“My partner, who is from Mumbai, said that this is the best Indian street food he has eaten outside of Mumbai. I have to agree with him as every dish we tried was packed with flavour, as I’ve come to expect with Indian food. We had the vada pav, pav bhaji and masala dosa. Would strongly recommend to anyone who is craving Indian food.Vegetarian options: Most of the menu caters to vegetarians.Vada pav, pav bhaji, masala dosa, paneer chilli, gobi 65, dahi batata puri are all vegetarian dishes“

“This is my favorite place for comfort food. Service is always great, the folks are friendly, and the quality of the flavors are always on point. this is one of my “safe food” locations, ND folks know what I mean. My favorite thing to get is the butter chicken with medium spice, and my spouse usually gets palak paneer and garlic naan. We’re always pleased with what we order. We usually do pick-up but the restaurant is also a really cozy spot with ample room between the tables. The smell inside is fantastic and the lighting is soft and warm. It’s just a nice comforting place with comforting food and kind staff with reliable consistency that makes a big difference in an unpredictable life.“

“Absolutely love this place! The food is so good and flavourful! The shrimp in the biryani was tender and not dry or rubbery like in a lot of other restaurants. The Kashmiri lamb is super tasty and helps balance the spice of other meals. Even their white rice is perfumed just right and so tasty. Best Indian on the south shore and even competes with popular spots in Mile Ex!Dietary restrictions: So many gluten free options, love it!“

“Friendly quick bites resto with homey vibe.I had the thali and it was one of the best I've had in Montreal. And not oily like a lot of Panjabi joints I've been too. Came with a delicious kheer - rice pudding type dessert. I will be back.“

“We have ordered delivery from their website and it came at a reasonable time ?? For the food, we've ordered 3 butter chicken thali and we LOVED the curries that it came with! Everything was flavorful and tasted great However, as I was eating my tandoori chicken, I discovered it was raw near the bone; hence why I deducted 1 star. It's such a shame, I really wanted to give this place a 5 stars!P.S after reading the reviews complaining about the packaging, they don't use your typical rectangle container with dividers in them; they use small individual circle containers. Nonetheless, it still a lot of food, so don't be fooled!“

“We tried their brunch on the weekend. It was okay, but not something we'd rush back for. The plates looked nice, but the food was simple and didn't quite hit the spot. They didn't offer the usual sides like potatoes or fruit, and for the portion size, the prices felt steep. We've enjoyed their lunches and dinners before, but the brunch didn't quite stack up to other spots in Montreal. On the bright side, our waitress was friendly and the ambiance was lovely.“
“Good food choices and tastes are authentic and delicious. The gift boxes are super cute and perfect to take to someone's house. The cashier is very helpful and nice. We are very happy this area verdun city of Montreal downtown excellent place to buy “

“I knew this place was gonna be amazing when I saw the neighbouring table be served their food in metal plates. It's a small thing, but it shows that the Thali is authentic! They made me a vegan 'chef's choice' plate and it was phenomenal. Great spice level, phenomenal texture on the aloo ghobi. The rice was a little over, but it made it floofy and pillowy. Huge fan. Will be back!“

“Amazing food, service, and atmosphere at a Montreal landmark! The owner of 36 years watches over everything and there are servers who have been here since the beginning. That means they are treated well, and as a customer, that comes through in excellent service!! Our server at our first visit was "Gourmet"! And he gave us a Gourmet experience! We return regularly now, and I can say ALL servers deserve praise. So thanks Le Taj!!!Kid-friendliness: It's a beautiful restaurant for adults...but it's also my 7 year old daughter's favorite ?. The servers are highly experienced and kind. My daughter feels like a princess at Le Taj.“

“tres bon resto, mais n y allez pas seul. si le resto est un peu plein, mais avec des tables libres, on vous dit que toutes les tables sont réservées. j appelle 5 minutes plus tard pour réserver une table pour 20 minutes plus tard. pas de pb une table est libre. l excuse : une table vient de se libérer, les clients partent. on aurait pu me le dire et je serais revenue plus tard. c est dommage. je n y mettrai plus les pieds.“

“(3.5*) We ordered butter chicken,Burma with lamb and naan to take away. It was good, but nothing more. Excessively salty naan and butter chicken with lumpy sauce.I don't know if the kitchen team has changed since the opening, but it seems to me that it tasted different before.I will still go back to validate ??♀️“

“Indian resto bustling with people! Kids had the butter chicken thali which was a good deal. We also tried an indian appetizer (puri pari) with mango lassi. Ordered a tasty mild lamb dish (had to order rice and naan on the side since it is not included in the price), and the sizzling chicken tikka/pork + naan dish. Wasn't able to finish!“

“Delivery for dinner. Impeccable telephone and delivery service. Great discovery of this Indian restaurant. Starters: Paneer pakora excellent and vegetable pakora mix really good. Dishes: korma navratan not very tasty. On the other hand, the butter chicken and chicken jalfraizi were up to par and succulent. The naan breads are huge and very good. Huge portion of rice 1 for 4 is enough and the raita was good. We recommend“

“A little disappointed at the beginning with the policy of $25 minimum order for delivery (that's a lot of food alone) but hey I would have extra for 2 other meals. Food wise ♥️ nothing to complain about, everything was excellent naan bread, mixed cat, tandorie chicken salad and the baji onions were just too succulent!“

“Awesome experience! Perfect and discreet service. Very nice tasting menu options for two, with perfect value for money. All the dishes were delicious (samosa, butter chicken, lamb and vegetables) as well as the bread which was freshly baked. The dishes were very accessible to everyone because they were not spicy. This can also be a negative element: we don't lose flavor but it doesn't sting at all.“

“Tasty and tender lamb curry, the butter chicken in particular was outstanding. Not sweet like many others we've tried. Had deeper, more complex flavours. Delicious aloo ghobi on the side and 2 nan, all for $71 tax in is well worth it, in my opinion, especially as it's BYOB and they do not charge a corking fee (and the SAQ is conveniently 2 blocks away).I do not understand people who complain the portions are small. They are standard size. Those 3 dishes plus the nan (which is already included with the curries) were more than enough for 2 people. We bantered with the waiters who were warm and welcoming, and when it was time to pay, it was quick and efficient. And free, easy to find parking all around the area. Definitely going back.“
