“Food is great. Small menu so they are good at what they do. Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable and our food came quickly.

My only real complaint is about some of the chairs. I'm a larger person and found the chair could be more sturdy and comfortable.

And as always with MOST restaurants, bathroom cleanliness could be improved (not a make or break for me).

Toilets are very dirty. Lots of closed stores. Mall has been SOLD to builder to build condos. Still a minimum of cleanliness and hygiene is required! PLACE VERTU très décevant. SOURIS ET COQUERELLES VUES courant sur le plafond suspendu près des restaurants! Très choquant! Appeler un exterminateur au plus vite! Toilettes très sales. Plusieurs magasins ferment. Ce centre à été vendu à un constructeur pour des CONDOS. Il faut quand même un minimum de propreté et de salubrité, des souris et même des coquerelles - quand même! Appelez un exterminateur et fermez le centre en attendant!“

“Before moving away to California, Dunkin Donuts chain stores were much more popular than Tim Hortons. A decade later, things have changed - though Dunkin Donuts still around, Tim Hortons is EVERYWHERE! From the moment I got out of Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL), I needed to get my hands on a TH coffee & a Beignet au Pommes, that tells me I'm home again!

Thankfully, there's also a Tim Hortons inside Place Vertu which is very close to my mom's & my childhood's home. While visiting, I'd get up every morning, take a small stroll towards Place Vertu and get my morning jolt - it's life's small enjoyment; it means I'm back home on ??Canadian ??soils with family & childhood memories. The lines can vary depending on time of day, but not so bad. There are good varieties of donuts, muffins & , that goes well.with the TH coffee ☕☕. The servers are always very courteous & nice, I highly recommend it!

“All Tim Hortons have Honey available for Tea drinkers, and we get it everywhere when we ask for it. It is quite important for a place that offers Tea, especially now with the cold weather and cold and flu season!

This morning I was told by your team that your place doesn't keep any as no one ask for honey and you end up throwing them!
Honey doesn't expire and you don't need to overstock!
