“My regular at Sainte Foy... The coffees are by far better than elsewhere.. I went to the one at the pyramid yesterday because I was close for a white chocolate mocha.. You would have said he had put a handful of sugar in it was undrinkable!! At first I thought it was me but I decided to go to the one in Place Sainte Foy and the difference was striking, my boyfriend approved. Service is faster too.“

“This is the only café in Quebec City that satisfies all my criteria:
- Good espresso (allongé)
- Comfortable seating in spacious environment (virtually no students hoarding the place)
- Amicable service workers (baristas, etc.)
I love the U-shaped corner seat in particular. Because this shop is in industrial area, there is not usually a lot of people at the same time, which allows me thoroughly enjoy this quiet café from time to time, whenever I need break from the monotony of my own (still brilliant) home-office. A change in environment can shift one's thoughts & ideas.
I've only tried the coffee here, so cannot comment on the food.“

“I liked the atmosphere and the beauty of the café. On the other hand, I don't like that the service is automatically at the table, because we have to tip even for a simple filter coffee. Also, tips start at 18%, not 15%. The prices are very expensive for what it is.“

Although there are many bistros and cafes around with warm drinks and alcohol, this Starbucks offers fresh good quality coffee to-go at the prime location that allows you to enjoy the scenery and discover sights on-the-go while keeping it warm and enjoying your drink. Perfect on hot summer afternoon as well with Starbucks refreshments.“

“Always fast service, nice employees, drinks are good and the student discount is a nice bonus. I have been coming every week with friends for a year, the atmosphere is always very pleasant. I highly recommend coming on a sunny day because they open the garage door and you can enjoy the sun!“

“I went here for the first time yesterday, September 19, after work I needed coffee and cake to relax. The staff were very polite and kind. My order was of very good quality, especially the monster brownie, which was very, very delicious. I still like to go here after work. The atmosphere was very warm and friendly. It has free Wi-Fi. There is even an outdoor area to sit and eat. Thank you for the good management and staff here. Good luck .“

“I loved going there as they offer lots of great coffees there.the only baf thing is the prices which are waaay too high.
Rest assure that I'll fix that issue this year as I'm about to buy the company.

“I went in this store just to look as I am a tourist from Miami who loves her Nespresso Coffee. Anastasia was there working and I just want to say she is the most amazing employee you had there that day. She made our experience so memorable by first making us a delicious chocolate coffee and then selling us quote a package. She gave us an amazing sale and service. She is very sweet and caring but also accommodating since we didn't know what we wanted. Jer patience with us is unreal and she really changed how we see Quebec and Nespresso. She really needs an award because she is the face of your company amd we couldn't have asked for better. We left with a new machine and a gift and a bunch of sleeves of coffee, but also with a smile in our faces and a sweet memory in pur hearts!“

“Lors de ma visite chez Tim Hortons à Saint-Romuald, le service à la clientèle est excellent. De plus, les employés que j'ai côtoyés à la caisse sont fatigués, puisqu'ils sont très occupés. Cependant, j'apprécie énormément comment qu'ils préparent ma nourriture à la bonne façon. Il est rare que les restaurants rapides prennent du temps d'optimiser la nourriture de leur clientèle . Donc, leurs efforts doivent être récompensés, car ils se comportent bien! Bravo! ?“
