“The best souvlaki I have had since living in Geece, The potatoes were supert with the sauce and the tzatziki is obviously home made, my only regret was the salad, only two olives with my dinner ! two is better than one but if you are going to be so cheap may as well dont include olives and charge extra for them ,but that would not be a greek salad without the olives.as for the tomatoes they were giant pieces of 1/4 tomatoes , mutch too large, but overall the quality of all of it was excellent ! 4 stars !“

“After many enjoyable dinners at this West Island Restaurant (Philinos) we highly recommend treating yourself to the best authentic Greek flavours, atmosphere and excellent service. From the cold and hot appetizers, soups and salads to the chicken, pork, lamb and seafood, all arrive at your table fresh and cooked to perfection. Having enjoyed their delectable specialties such as "The Mediterranean Platter for Two" and the option of bringing your own wine exceed all expectations for excellence. It started out bad because I had made a reservation, and once there they didn’t have my name on their list, we waited 25 minutes and luckily got a table.
Our server Fred was fabulous, very attentive, and came to check on us regularly to make sure we were happy.
We had escargot, spanakota, souvlaki, chicken brochette, and dessert, the food was excellent, and the plates were larger than another Vieux Duluth that I have been to, the tables are also less crammed then the other location I have been to, which made the experience exceptional!

“Although I only had a lentil soup this time, I have been a half dozen times in the dining room and a few times for takeout and it is always great. My soup was delicious today and everyone enjoyed their bowls (pork and chicken) and salads. The service was friendly and efficient. We will return.“

“Atmosphere was average, the service is lacking my but the food is good. The food was fresh and flavorful. The calamari was on point, along with the cheese sticks. The mains were well plated but the rice wasn't very good. I would suggest a different option, their house salad dressing was light and tasty. That's a good option. The food is very food.“
