If you like onions, you absolutely have to get the chicken with onion cream sauce! It's by far the best onion sauce compared to other places in Quebec, it's authentic!

In the photo, it's half a chicken, onion cream sauce. The portion is for a very large appetite or for two people.

The owner is super nice and welcoming. :)

If you wish to consume take out, call before, because the preparation and cooking time takes around 15-20 minutes depending on what you order and the quantity.

I gave 3 stars for the atmosphere simply because it is not an "atmosphere" restaurant. It's more like a "take out", you arrive, you order, you wait at a table and you eat when your order is ready.”

With a selection of 5 appetizers and 5 entrées, choosing was a delightful challenge. The Fois Gras and Salmon were outstanding, and the Steak and Duck elevated the meal to new heights. I highly recommend this restaurant and suggest sitting at the bar for an up-close view of the kitchen's artistry.”

“We came across the restaurant walking back to our Airbnb and they seated us despite it being a bit late. The service was thoughtful and fun. I’d recommend them for lunch or dinner. The goat cheese salad was creative and excellent. The pulled pork potato flavors all in perfect balance. Everyone enjoyed their dinners and the desserts were absolutely amazing! Thank you for such an enjoyable meal.”

“The food was AMAZEBALLS. We enjoyed all the dishes and drinks we ordered, especially the delectable cod and the fowl. The cod was cooked to perfection and the sauce was plenty and so flavorful, complimenting the vegetables well. And the fowl was crispy on the skin but still so juicy inside with a rich sauce.

All the food was not only presented beautifully, but also used fresh local ingredients. Their cocktails were also refreshing, with fun creative recipes.

Additionally, the server was warm and welcoming, and the interior/ambiance was cute. (Sort of rustic chic?)

The selection on the dessert menu was small, however, so we didn’t get any there.”
