“Oh cute little Queen of Ice Cream. Sadly we came on a cold day but in summer it would be perfect. It's a quaint little brick building opposite the street from the waters of the St. Laurence! There is no indoor seating but some tables outside on the porch. Also benches along the water!“
“Really a very nice place for a good little dessert and enough choice to satisfy all tastes. The staff is also very kind and welcoming. Not to mention that they are really generous when it comes to adding sweets to “blizzards”/sundaes (you get what you pay for).“
“Le comptoir local was a unique “ice cream surprise” on a drive to St Lazaire in the early fall. The gelato was made on-site in this tiny shop and was delicious - lots of flavours too! . There is a national chain ice cream store in St Lazaire as well but it does not begin to compare to this charming experience. We will be back!“
