“Another amazing meal by chef Stéphane! We were eager to try out the new November-December menu, and we weren’t disappointed. I had the salmon tartare, duo of deer and duck breast, and crème brûlée. Hubby had the beef baluchon, lamb risotto, and poached pear feuilleté. All of it excellent, served in the most cordial way, at a perfect pace, for another wonderful evening. We love that we can bring our own wine too! This is a real gem.“
