“Love the cherry-chocolate-amaretto and vanilla raspberry ice cream flavors. You can get your ice cream and walk through the park. They were so patient and enthusiastic in allowing us to taste a few different flavors. The line was more like a mob in front of the shop and could probably be organized a bit better. Their dog is so cute!“

“Great little ice cream spot conveniently located on St-Laurent, right on a busy street. The menu has a lot of options to choose from, and the owner was very nice and friendly. The ice cream was good and you can tell everything was prepared with care. The portions are also very generous and can easily be shared between two people, unless you’re ready to go into a sugar coma. The space itself could use a little refresh.“

“Edit 2026: From 5 stars to 4 stars. They changed their pistachios & mascarpone recipe for an obvious inferior version, most likely to cut cost, its now a let down of a flavor.

I am mind blown by the Pistachios & Mascarpone and the Rhum Chocolate. I think this is the best gelato I ever had in my life. Hands down the best in Laval, I hope they open one in Montreal“

“Dairy Queen has become one of our favourite spots, especially because my daughter absolutely loves their soft-serve ice cream! She gets so happy every time we visit. The ice cream is creamy, smooth, and delicious. It’s always a lovely treat to enjoy together as a family. Definitely a favourite for my little girl!“

“My wife and I were looking for something refreshing and energizing that wasn’t coffee, so we decided to give Matcha Zanmai a try. What a cute little place.

The decor is wonderful, the staff were friendly, and the entire menu is basically a celebration of matcha. Our drinks were absolutely delicious—smooth, refreshing and full of flavour.

We did, however, seriously underestimate the caffeine kick. In hindsight, “energizing” was definitely the correct word.

“A great little ice cream shop that has it all, to include hard ice cream, soft serve, and all the dips and sprinkles you could want. The decor is cheerful and upbeat. The ice cream (I had the hard ice cream) was of excellent quality. I visited them twice during my short stay in town.“

“Visiting from Edmonton and stopped by this tasty little shop on Monday night. It was very busy but the lone worker, Latvi, was working his tail off to get everyones orders done. He was very friendly even while being slammed with customers and orders.
I love the Cup of Puffies with Icing and Nerds BTW.
