“It has such a flavor of freedom you see. Around a month or two ago I was served divorce papers from my wife. And we had tried to work through it and I figured we would patch things up but she surprised me. And on that day I got a few to go pizzas from the bakery cause I was in the area and it truly is the best around. The flavor took me to a place where no woman yells at you for having a beer on a week night or constantly nags me about my secretary who is truly just a platonic coworker. “Amazing ?This review was from a year ago. 2023now I'm editing to add my review from this year.2024I couldn't ask for a better luck with this bakery! they make cakes to perfection. I ordered a cake a month in advance and was beautiful it was exactly what we were hoping for and more. we had a bad experience with a restaurant dropping the cake and we didn't got a chance to eat it, but after explaining the situation to them they were able to do a second cake, last minute, same day, it was a more simple one compared to the first one but I was impress and with endless gratitude because I would not expect any baker to make a same day cake and specially as nice as the one they did. they went above and beyond on the experience, the flavor of the cake is great and the detail they put on their work is amazing! could not recommend them enough!Thank you!“

“Have been heading to Wrights for more than three decades, for a myriads of pastry and of course the milk! Nothing is fresher or better! “Having lived in Rhode Island for more than 15 years now, I know that many people love pizza strips, pizza chips and related items.I have not been crazy about pizza strips nor chips but the pizza chips from DePetrillo's are really good...they are really thin and crispy, with a light sauce which has a nice spicy kick to it.I got some and reheated them in a toaster oven and they were delicious....A great snack or appetizer before a larger meal.The calzone I had was good, but not great....overall a solid place.“

“Why did I wait so long to try this hidden gem in my own little town!?! Absolutely delicious treats, bread and more! Their pizza strips are one of the best I have ever had! A generous amount of flavorful sauce on top of a perfect crust with a nice crisp on the bottom. The chocolate chip cookies are also a new favorite! And I cannot wait for the next croissant Sunday! “Have not been here before, frankly because the outside signage made the place look...like it might not be very clean inside. But, we were on our way home and needed pasta - did not want to run all the way to Stop and Shop. What a pleasant surprise! It is a bit like a mini Whole Foods, but not as expensive. Very clean, decent choices, nice people working there. Whoever owns this place, fix up the outside to match the inside!“

“A small bakery with a wide selection, it has an Italian Pastry Shop vibe that would be at home on Federal Hill.Of all the delights they had available, I decided on the Bismark and it was pretty much perfect. Pretty much a bisected doughnut filled with cream, it was sweet and fluffy. I would go back for one with little hesitation.My wife got a raspberry twist, which fell far from perfection, tasting rather dry and unappealing. The cookie we shared was similar - something somewhat dry and ultimately forgettable. The twist and cookie would have been grand with a coffee or tea, but they did not stand well on their own.The service was fine, though it felt on the cold side. Eating our pastries in the store, it didn't feel welcoming despite there being tables and such.Would I go back?Yes, though I would probably take my goodies to go rather than hang about.“
