I would happily take the 45 minute drive down here to eat again.“

“Never a let down. I make it a point to stop in every time Im in town for work. The food never disappoints. Introduced to my first “stuffy”. I have never had to wait to be seated, food comes out timely and perfect temperature. Im making it a point to try as much as I can on the menu and enjoy my iced tea with simple syrup. I was looking for something new & different in the Cranston area close to Garden City that wasn’t the same old monotonous fare that I’m used to. I stopped in for lunch on Thursday as I had an appointment on Reservoir Ave & again for dinner on Sunday after I picked up a cake at Antonio's Bakery. I’d like to start out by saying, I’m half Italian on my Dad’s side (Neapolitan, from the Avelino region, & Sicilian, specifically from Messina) & a quarter Armenian on my Mom’s side (ancient Armenia which is modern day Turkey)…so therefore I’m extremely fussy about my Italian, Armenian, Mediterranean, & Middle Eastern cuisine; my Grandma (Neapolitan) & Grandma (Armenian) were outstanding chef’s in their respective kitchens, & I was outrageously spoiled as a child & very rarely ate out, I had the best of the best~those skills were certainly not passed down nor inherited by me-scrambled eggs in the microwave anyone. With that being said… The owner (who is from Syria, so you know you’re getting an authentic product) & his team provided great customer service, very attentive & patient, knowledgeable about the food they’re serving & able to explain the flavor profile of each item. The restaurant is pretty well taken care of & clean. They encouraged me to try the shawarma, I’m glad I listened, I wasn’t disappointed…now I’m obsessed. I ordered the grape leaves, hummus, & chicken gyro. The grape leaves and the tzatziki were okay, I was expecting a tangy, lemony flavor with the grape leaves along with a more traditional look as well as flavor to the tzatziki, however the hummus & chicken gyro were very good. The hummus was creamy & the gyro was light, airy, & mild…it felt like I was eating healthy. The owner provided a free sample of their falafel…which I had at another establishment years ago & didn’t like…when I returned on Sunday I ordered that along with the chicken gyro, & the owner gave me a free paklava dessert-to my surprise I thoroughly enjoyed it as I’ve found others hit or miss & off putting. Needless to say, I had an amazing experience & I’ll definitely be a repeat customer for sure when I’m in town.“

I only got pics of our appetizers as we were hungry and chowed on our mani courses. Started with a 1930 DAQ, Wawtuhmelon and a Vino Rosso Gaio - all drinks were tasty! We started with the Truffle fries and the Crispy Duck Meatballs- oh my both were great! The flavor in the Duck meatballs was amazing! The sweet chili glaze just hits it out of the park! On to dinner I ordered the Steak Frites - excellent flavor and cooked perfect! Wife ordered the Chicken Picatta - very tasty with a great lemon flavor! “Never heard of this brewery until we ate lunch at the Malted Bareley recently. Had one of their beers on tap and looked it up. As it turned out, it was only 5 minutes away. What a great neighborhood spot with plenty of outdoor space. Family friendly for sure with a great selection of beer and thankfully not hyper focused on IPA's. We will certainly be back.“

“Took my toddler here Monday and my only regret with coming here is that we’ve lived in North Smithfield for several years and this was our first time coming! My son (almost 3) loved seeing the cows and trucks that were set up there. We went inside to get a snack and he started having a mini meltdown because he wanted to go back outside. An employee (wish I got her name) came from behind the register and gave him a couple stickers and told me I was doing a great job, which really means a lot when you feel like you’re doing something wrong as a mom. I appreciate that woman more than she realized! 💕 I ordered a cream puff and 2 chocolate chip cookies. When the employee from behind the counter handed me my box she let me know she gave us an extra cookie! The employees really were amazing. My son loved his cookie, and I’ve been dreaming of that cream puff ever since 🤤 we can’t wait to come back and try the ice cream! Great snacks and even greater employees! Thank you for a great day!“

This time they teamed up with Ember To Ash Lounge for a fabulous evening featuring premium cigars from Oliva Cigar Co. and a decadent five-course dinner with wine pairings with a fabulous jazz band for entertainment. We kicked things off with a refreshing lobster & shrimp ceviche, followed by a savory filet crostini and crisp summer salad. Next came the star of the night—pillowy homemade ravioli—before finishing with an impressive mixed grill served in a truly generous portion! “The Smithfield location is definitely the hangout for Bryant University students. I watched group of young men and young women come in one after the other on a Thursday night.
Ordered the loaded nachos and a burger - they were good. Foodwas served quickly. Server was very nice. Gave service 4 stars instead of 5 because there were definitely not enough staff to cover the amount of customers. Tables were left dirty because no one was available to clean. They would have benefited from having a few waitresses, not just the 2 bartender and one person bring out the food on a night where they were packed with college students.
Not bad but will probably stick to going to the Cranston location.“
