The owner couldn’t make them fast enough for the people waiting to taste what smelled SO GOOD! Finally I had the very pleasant owner/baker to my self to find out that my SOY allergy was NOT a concern here ! No soy in the building! Whoo Hoo ! I now have a new bakery AND Lunch place in town ! I quickly placed my carrot 🥕 cake order, and then ordered 2 Arepa lunch specials to go ! While I waited for my food , I noticed clean freshly decorated surroundings, a little warm with no central air- but a breeze with the fan - most people are picking up and taking out . I returned 2 days later to pick up a simply beautiful cake that was nicely chilled and ready in a clear view box. It was THE. Most .DELICIOUS. CARROT 🥕 Cake I’ve had from a bakery !! EVER ! The cream cheese icing was PERFECT! Totally impressed with this bakery Cakelicious in Peace Dale circle / Town of Wakefield is AMAZING ! Oh and she makes her own bread too ! 😋“

They have a good variety of baked goods. Everything looked really fresh tasty. They have drink specials (lattes). We ordered D'S Country Breakfast (comes with sausage, bacon, toast and home fries), egg and cheese on English, blueberry pancakes (very fluffy and plenty of blueberries), and Sunny Toast (with avocado and there's vegemite spread on the toast). They also have cold pressed juice made to order. We got the Healthy Heart (carrot, apple, ginger). Great spot where all the locals go and for people that are visiting the area.“

“Great old school donut shop. Run by Portuguese family and they offer Malasadas every day. They also have really good apple fritters. Crispy on the edges. Carmelized sugar on the edges. One of the top 5 apple fritters I’ve had nationwide.“
