“Super tasty bagels, great pricing and friendly staff. It seems like this place is super popular with the locals. The only thing I think could be improved is efficiency of the behind the counter staff. The wait for the bagels was insane, and according to a local is very common. I think he said “if you want to kill an hour, come to Bristol Bagel Works.” While we didn’t wait an hour per se, it was probably a good 20-30 mins with only 6 people ahead of us. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.“

“We held my sister’s baby shower here and I was extremely impressed. Maria, the owner, set up everything beautifully. The sandwiches, empanadas, salad, charcuterie, desserts, and drinks were perfect. Maria catered all of the food and it was delicious. We had the shower after the cafe was closed and it was so nice having the entire place to ourselves. Maria gave us her undivided attention while also giving us plenty of space. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The parking was very convenient. I have thrown a few baby and bridal showers and this one by far was the nicest, easiest, and most relaxing. “Great place for a morning coffee and a sweet treat to go. The bakery offers regular along with two daily "flavored brew" coffees (from the New England Coffee Company). In addition, they make make a fresh blueberry pocket, and great plain yeast doughnuts which are topped with a light chocolate or vanilla frosting. (sometime maple frosting is a seasonal option in the winter). Because the business is in a quiet residential neighborhood plaza there is never a long wait.. Despite the current inflation the bakery has only raised their price by 25 to 50 cents the last year and not across the board but on individual products as needed. The prices on the above products are very completive with the major chains in the area. The only two draw back are there is no drive up window but you'r in and out quickly and you get to know the pleasant long term staff. Second, while there is no additional charge to use a credit card but there is a $5.00 minimum.“

“Deducting a star solely due to the mediocre service and strange tasting pastries. I remember eating these pastries as a child in the year 2000-08 and now as an adult, I find it isn’t edible. What makes this bakery worth visiting is the sweet bread aka masa. The masa is just enough crisp on the outer crust with an inside so soft and moist you could shape it in your fist. The best in the area! What’s frustrating is the baker only makes a certain quantity every week, even though they constantly run out before closing. The bakery hasn’t evolved with time and I don’t believe they ever will.“

“This is a very nice breakfast place in this area. They have good food and good service, staff is very friendly. They are famous with certain breakfast platters but I really enjoyed their veggie omelette and I added ground chourico to that. It was very loaded and filling. They also offer a drive through breakfast! They have free parking right outisde and are wheelchair accessible. I only think the floors were a little dirty with straws and napkins around the restaurant.Vegetarian options: They have a few veggie dishes with no meat. “Holy smokes this was so good. Chocolate donut sandwich, jelly, old fashioned glazed, vanilla sprinkles, jelly/ cream, cinnamon raisin bun. Made a detour here on our way to Battleship Cove. There were many more options I hope to try again soon. For anyone else who likes to try to local donut shops where they're at, this is a must try/ worth a drive. Shockingly inexpensive too- this box was under $7. My son often just eats the frosting off his donuts but he devoured the entire vanilla frosted donut. High praise.“

“I found her before her store front on Instagram. She made one of the best Pistachio cakes we've ever had. Fast forward less than 6 months from then and she now has a store front! She typically has two cupcake and two cookies which she announces the week before the weekend. However she did post she was going to start doing a monthly menu in August. She is also doing scooped to order cookie dough! The beast was sooooo good!! So glad I can get her treats as needed now!! Employees were very sweet. Best of Luck!!“
