Also delighted to see some of the paintings he also made, along with scented candles too. Really nice to spend some time chatting with, told us about the local area and other places to check out on our visit. Definitely worth stopping in for a chat!“

It feels like the never ending parade of sweets your morning isn’t complete without. The sweet and unassuming ladies behind the counter give humble suggestions and pile your boxes full with a friendly smile. The bakery is cash only and everything pictured here was $10. If you skip Batista Bakery when you visit Bristol (open 7 days a week) you have missed a golden moment in your day.“

“Never knew this existed in Warren pretzel from this place was pretty amazing. I didn’t even make it out the parking lot before it was gone. I also bought a chocolate covered Oreo white chocolate. Happened to park across the street, looked over and seen a line inside and had to go check it out. I came close to closing & they were out of Chourico rolls but the lady said that she had a couple in the back she had put aside and I could have them!!! 😊 And actually gave me one for free! So it's basically a buy one get one and they were both very nice ladies in there! ONLY $3.00!!!! The taste was better than I imagined and they look amazing too!! 🤤“

“The food here is very good and atmosphere is quaint. Can’t beat the baked goods either! My one constructive criticism is the plating of the sandwiches could use a bit of help. If you order a sandwich, that’s exactly what you’ll get and it will be tasty but adding a pickle spear and a handful of potato chips would make all the difference in the world in the presentation. Either that or serve sandwiches on smaller plates bc they look lonely on the larger ones. Thank you.“

“Ok, honest assessment in comparing to Allies donut cakes:Allies donut cake- 9 stars out of 10McDaffas donut cake- 8.5 out of 10The frosting is identical, the donut itself is a little bit better at AlliesThat being said, the kids said they like this one better than Allies.It’s a bit confusing knowing where to go when you get there. The building itself looks like a school, you drive around back and park in the parking lot. There are no signs that tell you where to go, but you go up the set of stairs and there is a bell, you ring the bell and your donut cake is waiting on a table, someone comes out and asks your name and hands you the donut cake.All in all, it’s a good experience, I think the donut could be a tad bit better but it is a very good donut cake that the kids love, I think there could be a little bit better signage when you get there and maybe directions on how to actually get your cake once you arrive but I would definitely buy again.“

And this is one of the best stores i grew up with, I come here daily and they have all the good stuff with the perfect price, Everyone is very nice, Including Rei. “This is a small chain, but this is their best location. The outdoors seating area is so calming and inviting.
As always, their baked goods are yummy.
And the bread is organic and thus very special. Crispy on outside, doughy on inside.
Great variety. Sourdough olive is our favorite.
