“I placed my first order through GrubHub, but can't find a link there to leave a review. The burrito wrap was huge, probably two pounds of good food. I also ordered the 12 piece wings only but got 6 wings and fries. Both the wings and fries were good, but I want more wings ?. Not a big deal because now I know the fries are good! ? “I enjoy the different vegan and plant-based option at Plant City. There is the option to eat more casual downstairs, there is nice outdoor seating overlooking the river and bridge, and the upstairs Sezn offers fine dining. I tried Sezn for the first time and enjoyed the sweet potato gnocchi, eggplant lasagna and matcha strawberry shortcake. It was a beautiful atmosphere with very attentive staff. The food was exceptional.“

“Our second stop on our Saturday Taco crawl took us to Maiz, the Wayland Square location.The shop was decked out for the Halloween season. Inside the place reminds you of a Mexican cantina. Brightly colored flags adorning the ceiling contrasted the sand colored wall.

Our server was very nice, letting us know what our options were for the fight. I chose to upgrade mine to pastor tacos as they are my favorite type. My friends got a Birria taco, a shrimp taco and the carnitas taco.

It didn't take long before our food arrived. Fresh and hot, we quickly dived in. The pastor was flavorful, a slight char taste that made the whole thing sing a symphony for my taste buds. The shrimp taco was particularly good as well. The shrimp was succulent and the addition of the pineapple took it to the next level. The Birria meat was tender and juicy. The carnitas was a solid choice as well. Their homemade hot sauce, mild or spicy, on the side. All washed down with ice cold Mexican coke.

Another taco spot in the books as a place to return. We only live 9 minutes away so it's a sure thing for us!“

“Another day, another chance for more tacos with the RI Food Fight's TacoMania. This time we started with Diego's. As it was a Saturday, no tables were available from reservations but we were able to grab a seat at the bar. The space is open, dark. A blend of Mexican homage and industrial brick. An open kitchen gives you the chance to watch your meal be prepared in full view. Our bartender, Greer was super friendly and balanced attentiveness. She is detail oriented and was very accommodating. She quickly took care of our drinks and got our food order in ASAP. They offered a limited menu for TacoMania and I chose the carne option. It came out in a crunchy blue corn tortilla. After a squeeze of lime, I dug in. The crunch was everything you wanted it to be and more. The beef with queso fundido made this a slight messy but overall delicious taco. We got the cornbread souffle to share and it was outstanding. The souffle itself was savory and very corn forward, as opposed to the sweeter cornbread you see in the south. They add a touch of something sweet to balance it out. My friend had the shrimp chimichirri tacos and they said they were a 10/10. So glad to find another tasty spot in the TacoMania trail!“

“Clean and efficient and great group of guys! Talk about in and out during taco Tuesday at dinner time. Pans clean, no drip marks or dirty utensils or counters. “I never try this food chain but I believe it is better than chipotle and the portions are more since I eat like a truck driver this is great. I wish their beef is cook different like chipotle I believe they have a grill that they cook their beef. Overall good portion of food, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was on point.“

“Went to Taqueria Lupita for the first time yesterday. We ordered tacos to-go (Al Pastor & Suedero). The tacos were delicious. Perfect really. Our hosts were warm and friendly and apologized for not being able to serve us at a table inside due the pandemic. I honestly can’t wait for life to return to normal so I can return to this gem of a restaurant for the whole experience (including Sangria). If you’re getting take-out during the pandemic, be sure to support this local business.“

We stopped in for RI Food Fights 'Taco Mania!' and had the Birria and Duck tacos, both were outstanding — full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The quality of the food really stands out. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality and overall experience make it well worth it.

A nice bonus: they offer $5 tacos on Tuesdays, which is a perfect excuse to go back.

I've been here a couple times and each time I went the service is pretty slow so I would call ahead so you’re not waiting too long. I mean you literally like make it yourself so if you don’t like it, that’s on you lol.
It’s located in the Arcade building (a cute old mall) so there is minimal parking etc
Only open at lunch time so they are closed by 4pm“

“I order on doordash often: they always read and apply my modifications and it's SO GOOD as a result..many restaurants that are otherwise good ignore requests like 'no cilatro' or 'no ketchup', but Samayoa always does me right. Great birria, great fries, great quesadillas, great burritos, great in general. Central falls Mexican is always good, and samayoa is the great Mexican that also cares about your requested modifications. Thank God. Love em.“
