“I just want to give a quick shout out to the team there. I drive for Uber Eats, and today I walked into a huge rush. I wish I would have saw one of the (younger) girls names, along with probably what was the manager or shift leader. You both have amazing patience. I watched one person hand their drink back in the drive through because it didn’t have Caramel drizzle on it, two minutes after that, I watched a woman get served a drink, and with a huge attitude hand it back to the girl who was already over loaded with orders, to “shake or stir her drink for her”. In that time I also watched a door dash driver demanding his order at least twice.. Again..they were busy but the patience you all had with rude customers, I had to give you a shout out, from past Dunkin employee kudos to your team.“
