“Awesome Sweets made the cake for my daughter’s baby shower. We had a cake made for the baby’s gender reveal (different bakery) that unfortunately was inedible. I needed a recovery cake for our guests and this bakery did not disappoint! Sue worked with me to achieve the design I was looking for. We got the cake delivered. It came on time and was a hit. Cake layers were moist, it cut smoothly and the frosting is just right.. not overly sweet. The animals were hand made with fondant. We are already using them for our next event! “It's always a pleasure. They have the BEST beef empanadas I've ever had in my life and I absolutely love their custards, cheese assortments, and homemade traditional rice pudding. The ladies behind the counter are so friendly and not afraid to tell you how it is, what is good (although everything here is good), and offer you a delicious coffee. They have delicious and fresh Portuguese bread rolls that my mom frequently orders and they are so good! Stop in, you won't be disappointed.“

“I haven't been here in 20+ years and it tastes exactly the same! More than anything the customer service is top notch! From taking my order to the pick-up! They even called me to make sure that I remembered which I forgot so it was the best reminder that they close at 3:00 on Saturdays and just to make sure I was going to get the cake the girl in the bakery when I picked it up on a Saturday she was the nicest person I think I've ever dealt with going into a place of business very personable very kind explain to me about the pastries, fillings etc.. I had a great afternoon chatting with the girl...

“Notes is my absolute favorite coffee spot and also one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spots. They have the best coffee around, fresh pastries, and some of the best breakfast sandwiches absolute ever. Chorizo croissant and the Jammin Figs are my go tos.“

“Not only is the food outstanding but so is the staff!!!! Melinda is a jewel if you're not sure what to have ask her she won't stir you wrong I go quite often and have never been disappointed. The pastrami melts in your mouth and the chicken soup is great. Ask for Melinda and you will be well taken care of!“
