“I have to say I never write reviews but I had to this time. Busy Saturday morning when I came here through drive through, service was quick and all the ladies had an amazing attitude. Food tasted great and the older woman whose name I didn’t get was extremely nice and was like a mom! Nice job hiring these ladies. Great way to keep customers!“

“Probably my favorite dunkin located anywhere remotely close to where I live. These workers deal with literally everything under the sun and they will still serve your entire order. I have never experienced a single mistake in any order, I've never had a bad customer service experience. I'm a really antisocial person, and these people do not put you in an uncomfortable position; they do their job, they deal with annoying teenagers, and they do it well.“

Loved the chocolate frosted, whether it was raised or cake, they were awesome. The birthday cake was really good (my daughter crushed them). The glazed were honey glazed, something different from what we are used to, but good. Support your local place, not an overrated franchise.“

I needed something in the store and figured I'd get the coffee here and save myself a stop. That was the first time I was in here, now I come in just because.\n\nThe coffee is good, but that's a given or I wouldn't have returned. What brings me back is the service. The smiles, the greeting, the niceness I just don't get across the street at "the other coffee shop". It's what brings me back in, even though I have a rewards program that gets me free coffee across the street.\n\nIt's tough being across from a DD, and it's even tough to win over a DD customer. But Honey Dew in Westport has succeeded. Try their coffee, and keep coming back for the service.“

I'm going to say it's because it's a smaller store but they will have hash browns soon and that's a plus as long as they have enough stock. Their coffee is just as good as D&D's plus they HAVE ham for breakfast sandwiches! D&D has two (2) types of sausage patties but no ham yet Honey Dew does ? I hope it's not a business decision but rather a supply problem on D&D's part ??‍♂️“

“Let’s face it folks, the menu is the menu at Dunkin Donuts. The only difference between them is whether or not they have enough pride and respect to serve Fresh foods and NOT what’s been sitting around all morning. This DD had fresh and tasty food when I visited for my first time at this location. The atmosphere inside is comparable to all Dunkin Donuts Shops. I will certainly return when I visit the area again.

Parking: This DD is a lot easier to get in and out of than most of the others that I have personally experienced.“

“I went to grab a sandwich and a matcha latte this morning. The person taking my order didn’t hear the “matcha” part and when I went to use the coupon for the latte, it declined. This was peak rush hour. The team worked together to fix the issue and not one of them took out their frustration on me. None of them were stressed out about the line building up. They just focused on fixing my issue. In the end, they made one of the best matcha lattes I’ve ever had. Shout out to this team. ?“
