We invited about 40 people, some with young kids, who have a variety of food tastes, preferences, and diets. We decided a food truck would be a fun choice. They were patient with my requests and inquiries. The day of the party, everyone was thrilled with the variety of options and delicious flavors. The team set up well before our guests arrived and were lovely to interact with. I am so glad we went with this option for catering our event. And now my family will be looking to see where the truck will be when we get hungry for pork belly, empanadas, rice bowls and more!
