“i go to the gym in the lot across from this Subway location. I order my dinner during my last set and by the time I get to pickup the sandwiches they are always ready or just wrapping up. The location is always extremely clean in the dining area and behind the line. Vegetables are always FRESH and the employees? Top tier. They always greet me as soon as I walk in and are so kind and personable during the entire interaction. Even when I dont order ahead and walk in order, they are wonderful! Always happy to go in a grab dinner here, thanks for having the best staff and keeping this location perfect! 🤩“

“We were in town from SC staying at the casino and stopped in to eat breakfast and it was so amazing we came back the next day. “5-Star Birthday Party Review for Kid’s Kastle in Warwick, RI

We recently celebrated our child’s 5th birthday at Kid’s Kastle in Warwick, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We arrived 30 minutes early to set up, only to find that everything was already taken care of—tables were set, decorations were up, and the party room looked fantastic. It really took the stress out of the day so we could just focus on having fun.

The kids had an absolute blast. There were tons of engaging activities and games to keep them entertained the entire time—plenty of variety and energy-burning fun. The space is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed for young children, and even the parents in attendance kept commenting on how great everything looked and how much fun the kids were having.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond—from quickly and discreetly cleaning up a couple of little “accidents,” to handing out ice cream to keep the kids happy while they waited for cake, to adjusting the timing of food service when our adult food arrived a little late. Everything was handled with such professionalism and a cheerful attitude.

We could not have asked for a better experience. If you’re considering a birthday party venue in the area, I would absolutely recommend Kid’s Kastle. They made our child’s birthday so special, and we are incredibly grateful!“

“If you're wondering, like I was, if this location really exists in the belly of a casino, I can tell you that as of May 2025 it really does and it's just as amazing as I always remembered. It's the only one this far north in New England. If the owner or corporate hq dudes at Nathan's are reading this - please get a location or two somewhere around Boston. When the one in Quincy closed I was heartbroken. I took a subway, commuter rail and a bus to get here and back but was worth the 6 hour trip. Kinda odd that it's in a casino. The fries are the best and the little corndogs were cooked perfectly. The lemonade is legit too. Now I'm going to go take a nap when I get home.“

Everything tasted fresh and the ingredients worked well together. The chicken was tender and the lime and salsa gave it a nice kick. Overall it was super tasty and filling. I’d definitely go back.“

“This is the first time I’ve wanted to rate a McDonald’s at more than five stars. Firstly, the young staff was very polite, cheerful, and accommodating. My cashier made a few recommendations that made sense and saved me money. They made a mistake on my “specialty sandwich” and when I politely took it back to the counter, another young person promptly apologized and promised to quickly correct it, which they quickly did. The manager himself brought the corrected order to my table. And perhaps the most surprising thing . . . All my food was actually hot. I almost never got my food hot at McDonald’s. At best, it’s usually slightly warm. My fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets were piping hot. I almost didn’t know McDonald’s could do that (because they never do). Before leaving, my wife and I stopped at the counter, called the manager over and thanked him and his young staff for such fine service. I could tell the manager was a nice and positive guy, not because of how he treated me but because of how positive, joyful, and cooperative his kitchen seemed to be. My hats off to this staff!
