“We were staying in Jamestown at an Airbnb & the owners highly recommended that we stop by there. They told us to be prepared to wait, but the wait was well worth it. They were spot on! The wait was around 35 minutes, but didn't feel like more than a 5 minute wait because it's such an amazing, beautiful area & so many people that were either standing in line or sitting at the tables had dogs. I was on vacation & missing my dogs like crazy so that was great! The sheep were out grazing, the leaves were changing & the smell of apples in the air...I would have waited all day and been happy! I've never had apple cider donuts so I didn't know what to expect. OMG AMAZING! The frozen carmel apple cider is to die for! The only negative, I'm back home & across the country craving both!“

The bookstore is addicting and you don’t have to wait long in line to get your mail from the mailroom. Plus, it’s a great place to study, especially at night time when you don’t feel like walking all the way to the library.“

I was a bit disappointed and asked if it’s possible to get refund. In stead of going through all the hassle on the app making phone call to get my money back, the girl working there offered me something else instead of donut which works too! “Food / Drink wise the place is fine…everything is decent and service is quick. I have not visited the restroom facilities hence not sure how nice / bad they are.

I do know they’ve improved their drink and food quality over the past several years.“

“I just want to give a quick shout out to the team there. I drive for Uber Eats, and today I walked into a huge rush. I wish I would have saw one of the (younger) girls names, along with probably what was the manager or shift leader. You both have amazing patience. I watched one person hand their drink back in the drive through because it didn’t have Caramel drizzle on it, two minutes after that, I watched a woman get served a drink, and with a huge attitude hand it back to the girl who was already over loaded with orders, to “shake or stir her drink for her”. In that time I also watched a door dash driver demanding his order at least twice.. Again..they were busy but the patience you all had with rude customers, I had to give you a shout out, from past Dunkin employee kudos to your team.“
