“Went to Dunkin on 1199 chopmist hill road yesterday. There were two people working. One was drive-through and the other was counter. Lines were at each one but nobody was mad because they were running and one of them was 7 month’s pregnant. One person came in to start her shift and it took a while for her to go help her fellow co-workers. The whole thing is a huge safety issue and those two women deserve recognition for the way they handled a very difficult situation. We gave the two of them a nice tip.“

If you haven't thought to ask for a "pup-cup" for your dog, I highly recommend grabbing one while you're grabbing some breakfast or lunch! They prepare the cutest pup-cups I've ever seen; my puppy literally loves it and he gets excited the second we pull into the wicked convenient drive-thru. “I can't say enought about these donuts and donut holes, absolutely the number 1 best I've ever had. One of my co-workers got these delivered and they were still hot when we got them. If you haven't tried these, your totally missing out on the best donuts have to offer. Our entire office is hooked on these we like to get them delivered once a week.“

“Honey Dew is like Dunkin's younger sibling. As a native Rhode Islander, I love my HD. They have coffees, pastries, sandwiches, and more.

This particular one is located in a gas station. We needed our coffee fix and my favorite thing on the menu, Willow Tree chicken salad with cheddar cheese on a croissant. Yes it was delicious. The service was good too and you can get gas and other snacks due to it being in a gas station.“

“Food is really good, atmosphere is very relaxing but the service wasn't the greatest. It was our 2nd time going and we aren't familiar with the menu. Asking questions was apparently annoying It said French fries went with my sandwich, I got a small bag of lays half empty (as they always are). Asked for extra extra on the coffee, tasted like there was no sugar at all. I do love the coffee when made right and will go back. Just hoping they can be a little more friendly the next time we go.“

“Husband and I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for a quick bite. He enjoyed his flavored meatball sandwich and I enjoyed my juicy honey mustard chicken. We'll definitely go back! I appreciate the gluten free options! Not many local places have that. Parking lot is open and plenty of spots. Wheelchair accessible too.“

“I've always loved the extra specialty iced coffees here, but if you don't like your coffee that sweet, even the unsweetened coffee flavors are the best. I recently tried their new refreshers, which are delicious, especially the watermelon cucumber one. My all-time favorites are the Minty Lou and the Banana Split. Even the bags of coffee you can buy taste amazing, especially Banana Nut. The ladies are always friendly, and I've never had an order done wrong. I should also mention that their prices are unbeatable.“

“The staff went above and beyond for us! I went through the drive through with my two teen boys after band practice late in the evening and there was only one coffee cake muffin left! The boys started squabbling over who got to have it and who would get the "lame" chocolate chip one. The kind and helpful folks divided the coffee cake muffin in half for us and even combined with the chocolate chip halves into two packages, sure made my life easier. Thanks guys! ?“

“I went to several businesses around where I live and the iced coffee is hit or miss. Today in particular I went to two places and the iced coffee was just absolutely garbage. One place the ice coffee tasted old, other one had a very strange taste. I drove down to Coffee Connection and they never miss. The ice coffee today was just as perfect as it always is. I just wish it was closer to my house. The staff is always very polite. 5 Stars!!!!!“

“I had never been to this Dunkin Donuts before. Very fast and friendly service. When I got there they were slammed with a line of cars around the building, but it was so fast. The lady at the window was genuinely nice and very professional, despite the endless onslaught of orders.“

“I recently discovered Brewed Awakenings, and I am hooked! I visited the Cranston location. The staff was so friendly. The cafe was spotless, and Paul, the manager, is so warm, welcoming, has a stellar personality, and completely makes my morning. It's been tricky trying to find a solid cup of iced coffee that has all of the bells and whistles. I shared with Paul my favorite flavors, and he immediately whipped up the perfect cold concoction. It was my first time trying coldfoam! It is by far the best iced coffee I have ever had. Pictured is brewed Smores iced coffee with Oreo cold foam, crushed oreo cookies, and a smidgen of chocolate syrup. 10/10 recommend. I'm already looking forward to my morning cup.“

This is why I rated 5 stars.However, I decided to treat myself to Starbucks after shopping in target. I asked the young female employee ( who was on her 15 min break.).. I knew this because that's how she answered my question when I asked if this is where I place my order. But she actually was making a declaration of her break rather then actually speaking too me.A young gentleman came to the counter and proceeded to be extremely professional and was a pleasure to speak too.I wish I got their names.
