“Went to Dunkin on 1199 chopmist hill road yesterday. There were two people working. One was drive-through and the other was counter. Lines were at each one but nobody was mad because they were running and one of them was 7 month’s pregnant. One person came in to start her shift and it took a while for her to go help her fellow co-workers. The whole thing is a huge safety issue and those two women deserve recognition for the way they handled a very difficult situation. We gave the two of them a nice tip.“

“The food is exceptional, creative, and fresh! The coffee is high quality. Employees go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. If you haven't thought to ask for a "pup-cup" for your dog, I highly recommend grabbing one while you're grabbing some breakfast or lunch! They prepare the cutest pup-cups I've ever seen; my puppy literally loves it and he gets excited the second we pull into the wicked convenient drive-thru. I recommend Latte Love to everyone, sincerely.“

“The staff went above and beyond for us! I went through the drive through with my two teen boys after band practice late in the evening and there was only one coffee cake muffin left! The boys started squabbling over who got to have it and who would get the "lame" chocolate chip one. The kind and helpful folks divided the coffee cake muffin in half for us and even combined with the chocolate chip halves into two packages, sure made my life easier. Thanks guys! ?“

I like the system they have set-up for where you take a ticket and wait for the food to be brought out to you with minimal interaction. They also have the best chai tea I've had from anywhere!“

“I've always loved the extra specialty iced coffees here, but if you don't like your coffee that sweet, even the unsweetened coffee flavors are the best. I recently tried their new refreshers, which are delicious, especially the watermelon cucumber one. My all-time favorites are the Minty Lou and the Banana Split. Even the bags of coffee you can buy taste amazing, especially Banana Nut. The ladies are always friendly, and I've never had an order done wrong. I should also mention that their prices are unbeatable.“

The kid helping me stated that they don't sell them anymore...but really meant to say they aren't getting enough stock of it. She was nervous and I was quite ok with the response. “So i went to the dunkin on 602 killingly street bagel toasted with butter the most simple order you could ask for i go all the way home to find out not only was my order wrong the bagel was awful and they put a whole bottle of cream cheese on it i go all the way back show them what i received all i asked for was the 5 dollars back and a new bagel and coffee because it was getting warm. i didn’t ask for the other 11$ worth of stuff i ordered and the manger who was a dumb young girl who shouldn’t step foot in a dunkin again wouldn’t give me the bagel and coffee and refund it was either i get the food or refund making me chose after clearly showing her what was wrong i then i just got my 5 dollars back and left with no food and went to 39A putnam pike dunkin and explained my situation to the manager Gina who was very respectful, helpful, and listened with no questions asked gave me my bagel and coffee free of charge she is a good explain of how a manger should be and act i was very thankful i hope cooperate sees this and finds out who was working at the killingly johnston dunkin around 12am on july 26th because she is a idiot and along with whatever idiot made the bagel.“
