“Our second stop on our Saturday Taco crawl took us to Maiz. The shop was decked out for the Halloween season. Inside the place reminds you of a Mexican cantina. Brightly colored flags adorning the ceiling contrasted the sand colored wall. Our server was very nice, letting us know what our options were for the fight. I chose to upgrade mine to pastor tacos as they are my favorite type. My friends got a Birria taco, a shrimp taco and the carnitas taco. It didn't take long before our food arrived. Fresh and hot, we quickly dived in. The pastor was flavorful, a slight char taste that made the whole thing sing a symphony for my taste buds. The shrimp taco was particularly good as well. The shrimp was succulent and the addition of the pineapple took it to the next level. The Birria meat was tender and juicy. The carnitas was a solid choice as well. Their homemade hot sauce, mild or spicy, on the side. All washed down with ice cold Mexican coke. Another taco spot in the books as a place to return. We only live 9 minutes away so it's a sure thing for us!”

“Spicy ramen was legit spicy (yay!) simple ramen was flavorful (soy, scallion, sesame, sticky), mayo mushroom rice ball was tingly without being overwhelming. Staff was delightfully accommodating and answered all of our questions.”

“We love Tower Hill Brewing Co. so very much! We hosted our wedding welcome party at Tower Hill Brewery and it could not have been more perfect! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind — they made planning easy and the night seamless. Christy was absolutely incredible--she went above and beyond for us to make it the most amazing party! The drinks were fantastic (so many guests are still talking about the beer and seltzers!), and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for: fun and full of good energy. Everyone had such a great time, and it truly set the tone for the entire wedding weekend. We’re so grateful to Tower Hill for helping us kick things off in the best way possible. Highly recommend for any event or just a great night out!”

Also i had the Pho soup very rich beef broth also had beef with the pho noodles were fantastic my wife also loved it so i give this establishment 2 thumbs up for these selected iteams i had”

“For over 6 years I have been coming to this location. By far the best in Rhode Island... Many crew members are TOP NOTCH!! They know me by name and order! During the pandemic they went above and beyond and kept everyone safe. Lately new staff has been slipping up, messing up orders, slow times which is understandable. Today I placed a mobile order like I do daily. I’m on a PM shift on Thursday so I mis my normal morning crew. I walk in and all the mobile orders are piled up on the counter (3) new people I’ve never seen. A girl walks over to assist another customer and turns her back to walk away (clearly she saw me waiting) I ask to grab mine she slightly turns and responds with “it’s not ready” I could tell my lone coffee was ready I could see my name 🤦🏼‍♀️ she walks away and starts ringing at the register... A young man walked over and asked my name I told him then proceeded to ask her name and I was spoken to rudley, said she’s the manger.. no she’s not I know the manager I asked again and again she finally screamed her name half way across the tiny restaurant... uncalled for. Never in 6 years has ANYONE spoken to me like that or treated me like that from this location :( I’ll make sure to stick with my friendly upbeat morning crew... From a manager perspective I think regional and the store manager should reconsider who they are leaving in charge in the afternoon. Someone really needs a training on customer service and kidness”
