“I have to say the beer batter fish was great, the flounder, not so much . The drinks were good. we had a large party. About 10 of us, the first waitress, was great. The second one seemed as if we were bothering her evening, just drop drinks off, giving the wrong meals out with a stuffy attitude, so take it as u may food is good overall.“

“My parents and I had lunch here last week and loved the ambiance. The decor was fun and quirky, but warm. The food was delicious and the service was great. The only reason that I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the menu is limited for vegetarians. They did have a veggie dog option, so I had a kimchi dog and it was great. My dad had the gabagool sandwich and said it was delicious and filling, and my mom had the grilled cheese. We shared a basket of fries, which was large enough for the three of us. The fries were a bit overdone, but still pretty tasty. We will definitely go back, but would love to see a few more vegetarian options next time.“

“We went to the New Wave Kitchen before seeing a show down the road at URI. The menu has a good variety and several great vegetarian/vegan options. I got the Spicy AF Miso (but substituted in some pork) and it was DEFINITELY spicy...but good. The Pork Buns were not your typical bun...but they were absolutely delicious.“

“Beautiful location. Part of an Inn. Beautiful building. We had flat bread Reuben pizza as it was St Pats weekend. I had loaded Irish potato soup. Both delicious! Husband had New England clam chowder. He wished he had got the potato soup. Chowder was strong fishy smell and taste which is seldom pleasant. Hostess was like a lost child. We were a bit early for reservations for a standard table. First she said she'd seat us as soon as the folks finished and pointed to a high top in the bar. I reminded her our request was for a standard table. She led us into the dining room, where there were no empty tables. A bit confused. We were soon seated back in bar area at a standard table. No harm no foul. Busy Friday night bit loud in bar area. Seemed the hostess and bus girl were maybe new and this was a taste of what they're in for as the summer season heats up. Hope they'll be better by then.“

“I very much enjoyed my experience at this Applebees. The minute I walked in, the vibes were smooth and chill which is exactly what I wanted. My waitress, Ella, was very welcoming and kind. She knew every answer to the questions we had and made the experience nice and relaxing. Will be coming back “

“Our 1st night there got gluten free fish and chips and was amazing! My brother got the regular fish and chips which they cook in a separate fryer and his fish was almost double in size, but I didn't complain because I was happy I could eat. The waitress was extremely knowledgeable about gluten free and allergens. Went back for lunch another day and got a GF chicken sandwich and fries. Bread typical GF crumbly bun so if you have no choice like me you deal. Had to skip the sauce because there was gluten in it, so again, grateful for the waitress being knowledgeable and on top of it to be sure those with allergies are safe. Parking very tough so if you have someone who can't walk distances go during an off time or drop them off and go park somewhere. I would choose this as a regular option due to my dietary restrictions as long as they remain safe. “Pizza for dinner tonight. Ate at the pizza shop. Very good pizza, fresh, homemade dough, tasty sauce and generous cheese and pepperoni. Highly recommend. Owner working with two employees. Busy on a Saturday night but good service. Since a pizza shop, tip is optional. I'm Just a customer from out of town, sharing my honest view. Enjoy.“

“We have loved Crazy Burger for years. Miss some of the menu options they used to provide. Especially good choices for a vegan breakfast and shakes which my daughter loves. They are always willing to swap out sides, sauces etc. Friendly place to enjoy a family meal.“

“I was there recently for course event that was sponsored by the restaurant. Each course was extraordinarily thought out with wonderful taste bud treats. They also had it paired with wine that was simply lovely. Hands down the lamb lollipops jumped off the plate and happily landed in my mouth!They were pulling that night but our primary server was Marco. Delightful, Prompt and Professional.The atmosphere was n8ce + well renovated. I think for a casual dinner with friends it's perfect. “We had a delightful (off season) lunch at this lovely, spacious restaurant/bar off the main road in Charlestown, RI. We ate at the beautiful wide wooden bar and had a delicious and reasonably priced meal. The service was friendly, local, prompt and attentive. My cajun spiced flounder with horseradish aioli over rice with salsa was delicious, a very generous portion (made two meals) and spiced perfectly rather than the limited bland "cajun" food served elsewhere around here. The Garlic Bread Bites were also delicious. A lovely, quiet, delicious and very affordable meal just a minute off the beaten track. Highly recommend it, especially off season in South County, RI!“

“INCREDIBLE customer service that goes above and beyond! As vegans, my mother and I doubted we would find anything we could eat at a place that advertised "burgers and seafood". However, we needed a bottle of water, so we stopped by- low and behold, they had a veggie burger on their menu! The staff, Robert and Gayle, were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and conscientious about our dietary restrictions. They offered to let us see the bag for the buns they use so we could double check the ingredients, and Robert even offered (without us having to bring it up) to cook our veggie burgers on a side of the grill that hadn't been used yet to avoid cross contamination with any meat. They even used a freshly cleaned spatula! My mother and I were both very very impressed with the service and care we received. As for the food itself, it was tasty and finished quick. A little pricey, but that's par for the course for beach food. Overall I highly recommend getting your lunch here, it's worth it!“
