“INCREDIBLE customer service that goes above and beyond! As vegans, my mother and I doubted we would find anything we could eat at a place that advertised "burgers and seafood". However, we needed a bottle of water, so we stopped by- low and behold, they had a veggie burger on their menu! The staff, Robert and Gayle, were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and conscientious about our dietary restrictions. They offered to let us see the bag for the buns they use so we could double check the ingredients, and Robert even offered (without us having to bring it up) to cook our veggie burgers on a side of the grill that hadn't been used yet to avoid cross contamination with any meat. They even used a freshly cleaned spatula! My mother and I were both very very impressed with the service and care we received. As for the food itself, it was tasty and finished quick. A little pricey, but that's par for the course for beach food. Overall I highly recommend getting your lunch here, it's worth it!“
“The cheeseburger was delicious, one of the better ones I have had in a long time! My kids are picky eaters, but enjoyed the chicken basket and fries. Be prepared to be ripped off of course, but at least everything tasted good. Is conveniently located at salty brine beach!“
“We are at the point in our travels that we are beginning to return to places again. Love when we can return to a place years later and still find it in business (especially after 2020). Such was the case with Crazy Burger. Hubby had the same thing he had over four years ago - the MooMoo burger and liked it just as much. Fries were just as good but I had to fight for just two this time. The tomatoes on the side were red and juicy. He also had the warm vanilla chai which was nice on a chilly day. I decided to try the quinoa burger and added avocado. Our server made sure I knew it was served without a bun on a bed of greens which was fine with me as I often don't eat the bun. The burger was very moist. It comes with cashew pesto which had a bit of an unexpected bite to it. Choice of bean salad or cabbage slaw or for a small upcharge, other options; I had the slaw which was good. I also had the fresh pear juice and it was refreshing. Finished with the raspberry key lime pie, the perfect ending to the meal. They still use plastic straws and cups for condiments but cloth napkins! As you enter it appears it is a cash only establishment but they do accept cards and offer a cash discount.“
“The food was delicious! The prices especially for seafood was fairly priced, though they had other options as well. Very clean and staff was well groomed and friendly! They even had a fire going on a chilly spring day. Was my first time there and I would highly recommend!Parking: They offer several spots on the street as well as have a parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Great ramp“
“A lively, light, and inviting space with friendly staff and great food. Ordered not your average BLT, egg sausage sandwich, kid cheeseburger, tater tots, blueberry muffin, and blueberry muffle pie. Understimated a large plate of tater tots and had to pack to go.Parking: It's all about if you came off season when parking is easyKid-friendliness: Staff was patient with the child wanting to order. Kid's menu is sizable and filling.“
“Food: Fantastic warm rolls, chowder and clam plate. Great daily specials for only $22 each. We had the pork chops -- they were so lean that, without any fat, the meat was tasteless. That was the only downside. But the portions were huge with 2 large sized chops, and very very generous sides of sweet potato mash and shredded brussels sprouts. Maybe we just had bad luck on the chops. We'd come back again to try something else (or for the appetizers). Service: Our server was amazing too. Forgot her name but she's a 30-something lady with short light brown hair. She was so warm and welcoming.“
“My parents and I had lunch here last week and loved the ambiance. The decor was fun and quirky, but warm. The food was delicious and the service was great. The only reason that I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the menu is limited for vegetarians. They did have a veggie dog option, so I had a kimchi dog and it was great. My dad had the gabagool sandwich and said it was delicious and filling, and my mom had the grilled cheese. We shared a basket of fries, which was large enough for the three of us. The fries were a bit overdone, but still pretty tasty. We will definitely go back, but would love to see a few more vegetarian options next time.“
“Top notch experience every time. Even our picky kids rave about the ramen! If you haven’t tried this gem yet, you are missing out! We went in on a Saturday night, got seated right away, and the food came out, made to order, in minimal time. We even got seconds on the buns and they came out quick and delicious, made with the freshest ingredients, even right before closing time. Matt and Alex really have this down to a science. Hats off to you guys! Amazing place!!“
“Wally's Wieners in Newport is a delightful surprise! Sure, the hot dogs are top-notch - juicy Saugy franks dressed to impress with all the classic fixings and some creative combos (bacon and cheddar with BBQ sauce, anyone?). But the real stars of the show are the drinks! We're talking about concoctions that'll have your taste buds doing a happy dance. Imagine swirling through a tangy, tropical paradise with a sip of their passionfruit lemonade, or feeling like you've stumbled upon a hidden gem with their blueberry lavender iced tea. For a creamy escape, the Nutella milkshake is a must-try.No matter what you choose, the drinks at Wally's Wieners are like little bursts of sunshine in a cup. They're the perfect complement to their delicious hot dogs, and the upbeat atmosphere makes the whole experience a joy. So next time you're in Newport, skip the fancy cocktails and head to Wally's for a hot dog and a drink that's out-of-this-world!Vegetarian options: ask the staffDietary restrictions: just ask but lots of optionsParking: parkingon the street or you can walk but within 5 minutes is a lotKid-friendliness: yes kid freindlyWheelchair accessibility: there are 2 big steps to get in“
“Absolutely delicious food, warm and inviting atmosphere, beautiful view of the bridge, and super friendly and attentive servers! We came in the winter but I imagine it's even more lovely in warmer weather sitting outside with the views of the water. Cannot emphasize enough how tasty the food was!“
“I very much enjoyed my experience at this Applebees. The minute I walked in, the vibes were smooth and chill which is exactly what I wanted. My waitress, Ella, was very welcoming and kind. She knew every answer to the questions we had and made the experience nice and relaxing. Will be coming back “
“Pizza for dinner tonight. Ate at the pizza shop. Very good pizza, fresh, homemade dough, tasty sauce and generous cheese and pepperoni. Highly recommend. Owner working with two employees. Busy on a Saturday night but good service. Since a pizza shop, tip is optional. I'm Just a customer from out of town, sharing my honest view. Enjoy.“
“Had a great time ringing in the new year here with my fam at their comedy show! The buffet was surprisingly good - wonderful tasty spread, hilarious comedians, and a very quaint restaurant! Will definitely return the next time we are visiting family in the area!“
“I have to say the beer batter fish was great, the flounder, not so much . The drinks were good. we had a large party. About 10 of us, the first waitress, was great. The second one seemed as if we were bothering her evening, just drop drinks off, giving the wrong meals out with a stuffy attitude, so take it as u may food is good overall.“
“The food is hit and miss, I have had really good food and order the same thing the next visit and be absolute garbage. However, what makes this a 5 stars is the staff and the pies!! The lemon meringue pie is to absolutely die for and is the best I have ever had yet.“
“Vegetarian options: Was surprised to see they had a vegetarian optionParking: Lots of parking to pick from some close and so farKid-friendliness: This place is great for kids the large bags and boxes of peanuts are fun for the kids to play with while waiting for your food!Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space in the whole place“
“Our 1st night there got gluten free fish and chips and was amazing! My brother got the regular fish and chips which they cook in a separate fryer and his fish was almost double in size, but I didn't complain because I was happy I could eat. The waitress was extremely knowledgeable about gluten free and allergens. Went back for lunch another day and got a GF chicken sandwich and fries. Bread typical GF crumbly bun so if you have no choice like me you deal. Had to skip the sauce because there was gluten in it, so again, grateful for the waitress being knowledgeable and on top of it to be sure those with allergies are safe. Parking very tough so if you have someone who can't walk distances go during an off time or drop them off and go park somewhere. I would choose this as a regular option due to my dietary restrictions as long as they remain safe. Always good to start your order with "I am allergic to.." if you don't call ahead.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
