“Went to get afternoon drinks and ordered ahead to get the points and use the card on file to pay through the app.
Had a Coolata recently while in New England and thought that was so good I am going to splurge and get one today! Ordered on the app for the drive thru which was the only available option...
Got to the drive through to give them the order name as usual and they say we don't have any Coolata's as our machine is broken and they don't plan to fix it...WAIT! WHAT?!?!?
Got to the window then and said we'll just refund my almost $6 and they said we can't you have to do it through the app or call. Well, alright. $6 is $6!
So o ask about the machine and was told they have asked them to take it off the menu and app for a while because corporate won't fix it. Again, excuse me? We are in the south and it's 84°F. Fix the damn machine!
What a headache. Whose laziness and inability to care is responsible for not having working equipment or getting it off of the menu if that is really what is easiest for the store.

“Having traveled quite a bit recently, I noticed this to be one of the best stocked stores I've seen. The works smiled and were pleasant. I gave 3 stars on the food not because of the store. They put out the quality you should expect from Dunkin'. 3 ? based on the company no longer making the donuts fresh in store any longer. So every Dunkin' gets this rating from me. However, what is different is how each store operates, and this one I ? ?“
